【摘要】：通過208份有效樣本,整合自我歸類和內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī)理論,探討謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)經(jīng)理人反饋尋求行為的影響機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果表明,謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不僅正向影響經(jīng)理人反饋尋求行為,還完全通過內(nèi)部人地位認(rèn)知和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)意愿的中介作用對(duì)經(jīng)理人反饋尋求行為產(chǎn)生正向影響;此外,內(nèi)部人地位認(rèn)知和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)意愿在謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與經(jīng)理人反饋尋求行為的關(guān)系中發(fā)揮鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔?即謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)通過提升經(jīng)理人內(nèi)部人地位認(rèn)知促進(jìn)其對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)意愿的形成,進(jìn)而影響反饋尋求行為。研究結(jié)果首次從謙卑型領(lǐng)導(dǎo)視角探索下屬反饋尋求行為的影響因素和誘發(fā)機(jī)制,為組織反饋管理提供了一定的理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:By integrating self-classification and internal motivation theory with 208 effective samples, this paper explores the mechanism of humbly leadership influencing managers' feedback seeking behavior. The results show that humble leadership not only positively affects managers' feedback seeking behavior. It also has a positive effect on managers' feedback seeking behavior through the mediating role of insider status cognition and risk-taking willingness; in addition, The relationship between humble leadership and managers' feedback seeking behavior plays an intermediary role in the relationship between insider status cognition and risk-taking willingness, that is, humbly leadership promotes the formation of risk-taking intention by enhancing manager's status cognition. The results show that the influencing factors and inducing mechanism of feedback seeking behavior of subordinates are explored for the first time from the perspective of humble leadership, which provides some theoretical and practical guidance for organizational feedback management.
