基于鏈式中介效應的謙卑型領導與經理人反饋尋求行為關系研究

【摘要】:通過208份有效樣本,整合自我歸類和內在動機理論,探討謙卑型領導對經理人反饋尋求行為的影響機制。研究結果表明,謙卑型領導不僅正向影響經理人反饋尋求行為,還完全通過內部人地位認知和風險承擔意愿的中介作用對經理人反饋尋求行為產生正向影響;此外,內部人地位認知和風險承擔意愿在謙卑型領導與經理人反饋尋求行為的關系中發(fā)揮鏈式中介作用,即謙卑型領導通過提升經理人內部人地位認知促進其對風險承擔意愿的形成,進而影響反饋尋求行為。研究結果首次從謙卑型領導視角探索下屬反饋尋求行為的影響因素和誘發(fā)機制,為組織反饋管理提供了一定的理論和實踐指導。
[Abstract]:By integrating self-classification and internal motivation theory with 208 effective samples, this paper explores the mechanism of humbly leadership influencing managers' feedback seeking behavior. The results show that humble leadership not only positively affects managers' feedback seeking behavior. It also has a positive effect on managers' feedback seeking behavior through the mediating role of insider status cognition and risk-taking willingness; in addition, The relationship between humble leadership and managers' feedback seeking behavior plays an intermediary role in the relationship between insider status cognition and risk-taking willingness, that is, humbly leadership promotes the formation of risk-taking intention by enhancing manager's status cognition. The results show that the influencing factors and inducing mechanism of feedback seeking behavior of subordinates are explored for the first time from the perspective of humble leadership, which provides some theoretical and practical guidance for organizational feedback management.
