【摘要】：文本基于個體中心網(wǎng)和學(xué)科整體網(wǎng)相結(jié)合的視角,論述合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)與創(chuàng)新績效的雙向影響、人力資本對創(chuàng)新績效的影響及人力資本對合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的影響,使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程路徑進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征即網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模、網(wǎng)絡(luò)強(qiáng)度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性及中介中心性對合作創(chuàng)新績效有正向影響,而對程度中心性有負(fù)向影響;總創(chuàng)新績效對網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模及中介中心性有正向影響;人力資本屬性之學(xué)歷、專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)及學(xué)科領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)對合作創(chuàng)新績效有正向影響,而對工作年限有負(fù)向影響;工作年限、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)、學(xué)科領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)正向影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模,專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)、學(xué)科領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職務(wù)負(fù)向影響程度中心性,正向影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性;合作創(chuàng)新績效正向影響非合作創(chuàng)新績效則間接表明合作行為前提下知識溢出效應(yīng)的存在。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of the combination of individual central network and subject network, the paper discusses the bidirectional influence of cooperative network and innovation performance, the influence of human capital on innovation performance and the influence of human capital on cooperative network. The empirical analysis using network analysis and structural equation path shows that the structural characteristics of cooperative network, namely, network size, network strength, network heterogeneity and intermediary centrality, have a positive impact on cooperative innovation performance. But it has a negative effect on degree centrality; total innovation performance has positive influence on network scale and intermediary centrality; educational background of human capital attribute, professional and technical position and subject leading position have positive influence on cooperative innovation performance. But it has negative influence on working years, working years, academic qualifications, professional and technical positions, subject leading positions positively affect network scale, professional technical posts, subject leadership positions, the degree of negative influence of the degree of centrality, positive impact on network heterogeneity; The positive effect of cooperative innovation performance on non-cooperative innovation performance indirectly indicates the existence of knowledge spillover effect under cooperative behavior.
