【摘要】：知識溢出源自知識的半公共物品和半流動屬性,為經(jīng)濟(jì)主體(如企業(yè)、區(qū)域,乃至國家)提供了潛在的技術(shù)機(jī)會窗口;吸收能力則是經(jīng)濟(jì)主體對外部知識的實(shí)際利用程度,受知識溢出特性、經(jīng)濟(jì)主體特性及兩者之間的匹配關(guān)系影響。知識溢出與吸收能力猶如"一枚硬幣的正反面"對立統(tǒng)一,通過正外部性和要素邊際報酬遞增提升經(jīng)濟(jì)績效。通過回顧知識溢出的起源與作用機(jī)制、吸收能力的涵義與影響因素,本文在解析兩者之間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,綜述有關(guān)知識溢出、吸收能力與經(jīng)濟(jì)績效的實(shí)證研究,將有助于厘清知識溢出與吸收能力的基本關(guān)系、實(shí)證研究的分析框架及其主要觀點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Knowledge spillover is derived from the semi-public goods and semi-flowing attributes of knowledge, which provides a potential window of technological opportunities for economic agents (such as enterprises, regions, and even countries), and absorptive capacity is the actual use of external knowledge by economic agents. Influenced by the characteristics of knowledge spillover, the characteristics of economic agents and the matching relationship between them, the knowledge spillover and absorptive capacity are like the opposites of "the positive and negative sides of a coin". By reviewing the origin and mechanism of knowledge spillover, the meaning of absorptive capacity and the influencing factors, this paper summarizes the related knowledge spillover on the basis of analyzing the relationship between them. The empirical study of absorptive capacity and economic performance will help to clarify the basic relationship between knowledge spillover and absorptive capacity, the analytical framework of empirical research and its main points of view.
