【摘要】："中間迷失"指的是發(fā)展中國(guó)家的企業(yè)規(guī)模分布呈現(xiàn)"雙峰分布"特征,即小微企業(yè)和大企業(yè)的數(shù)量很多,而中小企業(yè)的數(shù)量相對(duì)較少。學(xué)者們對(duì)"中間迷失"的研究逐漸經(jīng)歷了從個(gè)案研究到大型調(diào)查研究,從探究金融因素的影響拓展至探究各種影響因素的由淺入深的階段,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)"中間迷失"已經(jīng)成為廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家的一種普遍現(xiàn)象,是發(fā)展中國(guó)家貧窮落后的重要原因。經(jīng)過(guò)30多年的改革開放,中國(guó)的"中間迷失"問(wèn)題是,與大批國(guó)有企業(yè)進(jìn)入世界500強(qiáng)相比,對(duì)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)的廣大民營(yíng)企業(yè)難以做強(qiáng)做大。問(wèn)題的根源在于這兩類企業(yè)遭受的偏向性政策干擾了它們的動(dòng)態(tài)演進(jìn)過(guò)程,導(dǎo)致它們之間的發(fā)展差異。
[Abstract]:"lost in the middle" means that the size distribution of enterprises in developing countries is characterized by a "bimodal distribution," in which there are a large number of small, micro and large enterprises. The number of small and medium-sized enterprises is relatively small. Scholars' research on "lost in the middle" has gradually experienced a period from case study to large-scale investigation, from exploring the influence of financial factors to exploring the influence factors from shallow to deep. And found that "lost in the middle" has become a common phenomenon in the vast number of developing countries and an important cause of poverty and backwardness in developing countries. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China's "lost in the middle" problem is, Compared with a large number of state-owned enterprises entering the top 500 of the world, the majority of private enterprises that have made great contributions to China's economic growth are difficult to strengthen and expand. The root cause of the problem lies in the fact that the biased policies suffered by these two types of enterprises have interfered with their dynamic evolution. Leading to development differences between them.
