兗礦集團(tuán)JJT煤礦項(xiàng)目人力資源管理問題研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目人力資源管理是項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容,而對煤礦項(xiàng)目來說,人力資源管理同樣非常重要。在扁平的世界中,全球化的項(xiàng)目和工作的分段性會(huì)導(dǎo)致商業(yè)需求,它們能夠在項(xiàng)目人力資源管理解決方案中得到滿足。項(xiàng)目人力資源管理有助于設(shè)計(jì)和檢查流程本身,使得項(xiàng)目和服務(wù)交付的財(cái)務(wù)影響實(shí)時(shí)可視化。本文通過對國內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目人力資源管理研究,利用項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合作者本人多年管理實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),對兗礦集團(tuán)JJT煤礦項(xiàng)目管理中的人力資源管理狀況進(jìn)行細(xì)致深入的研究。運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法和因子分析法對JJT項(xiàng)目人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及解決對策進(jìn)行了分析。首先,利用問卷調(diào)查法,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目概況,對項(xiàng)目人力資源情況及員工對項(xiàng)目人力資源管理的滿意度進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,得出了項(xiàng)目員工的年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)和職稱結(jié)構(gòu)。其次,對項(xiàng)目人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了因子分析,得出項(xiàng)目人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查因素主要由五個(gè)因子構(gòu)成,即員工對項(xiàng)目人力資源管理中的這五個(gè)因子比較認(rèn)可,即員工發(fā)展(20.79%)、崗位設(shè)置(15.59%),薪酬福利(16.6%),組織結(jié)構(gòu)(15.32%)和績效管理(10.77%)。也就是說項(xiàng)目員工對項(xiàng)目組織結(jié)構(gòu)和崗位設(shè)置尤其認(rèn)可。說明該項(xiàng)目員工比較認(rèn)可項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)有的個(gè)人發(fā)展和崗位設(shè)置,但是對項(xiàng)目人力資源管理中的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和績效管理沒有非常認(rèn)可。最后,結(jié)合JJT煤礦項(xiàng)目人力資源管理中存在的問題,分析了其問題產(chǎn)生的原因,并從人力資源管理、績效評價(jià)及激勵(lì)措施三個(gè)方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Project human resource management is an important part of project management, and for coal mine projects, human resource management is also very important. In a flat world, the segmented nature of global projects and jobs leads to business needs. They can be met in the project human resources management solution. Project human resources management helps design and examine the process itself, The financial impact of project and service delivery can be visualized in real time. Based on the research of project human resource management at home and abroad and the relevant theories of project human resource management, the author has many years of practical experience in management. This paper makes a detailed and in-depth study on the human resource management in the JJT coal mine project management of Yanzhou Mining Group. The present situation, existing problems and solutions of the JJT project human resource management are analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and factor analysis. By using the method of questionnaire, combined with the general situation of the project, this paper investigates and analyzes the human resource situation of the project and the satisfaction degree of the employee to the human resource management of the project, and obtains the age structure, the educational background structure and the professional title structure of the project staff. Secondly, This paper analyzes the present situation of project human resource management, and draws the conclusion that the investigation factors of project human resource management are mainly composed of five factors, that is, the employees approve these five factors in the project human resource management. That is, employee development is 20.79m, post setup is 15.590.16. 6% of salary and welfare, organizational structure is 15.32) and performance management is 10.7777. That is to say, the project employee is particularly recognized for the project organization structure and post setup. It shows that the project staff are more approbable to the existing individuals of the project. Development and job creation, However, the organizational structure and performance management of the project human resources management are not very recognized. Finally, combined with the problems existing in the human resources management of JJT coal mine project, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and from the human resources management, The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in three aspects of performance evaluation and incentive measures.
