【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅可以創(chuàng)造就業(yè)崗位,而且對(duì)于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)創(chuàng)新發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。然而,創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗率長期居高不下,大多數(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)難以在激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境中生存與發(fā)展,嚴(yán)重影響了創(chuàng)業(yè)者進(jìn)行創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的積極性。創(chuàng)業(yè)績效作為衡量創(chuàng)業(yè)成功與否的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),如何有效地提高創(chuàng)業(yè)績效備受創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的關(guān)注。中國作為一個(gè)人情社會(huì)的國家,無論是企業(yè)間的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),還是人際間的交往活動(dòng),"關(guān)系"在整個(gè)社會(huì)中扮演著重要的角色。關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)有助于企業(yè)從商業(yè)合作伙伴、政府機(jī)構(gòu)獲取可靠的信息、資源,提升企業(yè)抵抗不確定性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)能夠有效地增強(qiáng)企業(yè)利用和轉(zhuǎn)化內(nèi)外部信息和資源的能力,保持企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活力,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。本文在回顧與梳理了大量國內(nèi)外關(guān)于關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了以商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和政治關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)為自變量、探索式學(xué)習(xí)和利用式學(xué)習(xí)為中介變量、創(chuàng)業(yè)績效為因變量的研究理論模型,并提出了相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。本文借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的成熟問卷量表,科學(xué)地設(shè)計(jì)了調(diào)查問卷,收集到189份創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),并通過SPSS 21.0、AMOS 21.0等統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件對(duì)調(diào)查問卷的結(jié)果進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,采用的主要分析方法有描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度和效度分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析,以檢驗(yàn)理論模型的合理性和研究假設(shè)的成立情況。本文通過實(shí)證研究,得出了以下四方面的研究結(jié)論:第一,商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和政治關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)均能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)業(yè)績效。第二,探索式學(xué)習(xí)和利用式學(xué)習(xí)均能夠促進(jìn)企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)業(yè)績效。第三,企業(yè)的商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)兩種創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)方式都能產(chǎn)生積極的推動(dòng)作用,而政治關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)探索式學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生積極作用,對(duì)利用式學(xué)習(xí)不能產(chǎn)生積極作用。第四,商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和政治關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)都可以通過探索式學(xué)習(xí)來促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的提升,商業(yè)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)還可以通過利用式學(xué)習(xí)來提升創(chuàng)業(yè)績效,而利用式學(xué)習(xí)在政治關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)與創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的作用關(guān)系中不能發(fā)揮中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurship not only creates jobs, but also plays a vital role in promoting economic development and social innovation. Most entrepreneurial enterprises are difficult to survive and develop in the fierce market environment, which seriously affects the enthusiasm of entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurial performance is an important indicator to measure the success of entrepreneurship. How to effectively improve entrepreneurial performance has attracted the attention of entrepreneurial enterprises. China, as a country of human society, regardless of the economic activities between enterprises, Relationships play an important role in the whole society. The network of relationships helps enterprises to obtain reliable information and resources from business partners and government agencies. Enhance the ability of enterprises to resist uncertainty risk. Entrepreneurial learning can effectively enhance the ability of enterprises to use and transform internal and external information and resources, and maintain the innovative vitality of enterprises. On the basis of reviewing and combing a lot of literatures about relationship network, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance at home and abroad, this paper constructs the independent variables of business relationship network and political relationship network. The theoretical model of exploring learning and utilizing learning as intermediary variable and entrepreneurial performance as dependent variable, and the corresponding research hypotheses are put forward. This paper draws lessons from the mature questionnaire scale of relevant research at home and abroad, and scientifically designs the questionnaire. The survey data of 189 entrepreneurial enterprises were collected, and the results of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed by SPSS 21.0 / Amos 21.0. The main analytical methods were descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis. Correlation analysis and regression analysis to test the rationality of the theoretical model and the establishment of research hypotheses. Through empirical research, this paper draws the following four conclusions: first, The business relationship network and the political relationship network can both promote the enterprise to improve the entrepreneurial performance. Second, the exploratory learning and the utilizing learning can both promote the enterprise to improve the entrepreneurial performance. The business relationship network of an enterprise can positively promote both kinds of entrepreneurial learning, while the political relationship network has a positive effect on exploratory learning, but not on utilitarian learning. 4th, Both the business relationship network and the political relationship network can promote the entrepreneurial performance through exploratory learning, and the business relationship network can also promote the entrepreneurial performance through the use of learning. The utility learning can not play an intermediary role in the relationship between political relationship network and entrepreneurial performance.
