【摘要】：從企業(yè)擁有的資源和能力視角出發(fā),同時(shí)考慮制度要素的調(diào)節(jié)作用,探討了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的形成決策問題�；�301家樣本企業(yè)的實(shí)證研究結(jié)果表明,資源冗余與聯(lián)盟使用之間呈倒U型關(guān)系,戰(zhàn)略柔性與聯(lián)盟使用之間呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,社會(huì)合法性對(duì)資源冗余與聯(lián)盟使用的倒U型關(guān)系具有正向調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),也對(duì)戰(zhàn)略柔性與聯(lián)盟使用的正相關(guān)關(guān)系起正向調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of resources and capabilities owned by enterprises and considering the regulatory role of institutional elements, this paper discusses the formation and decision-making of strategic alliances of enterprises. Based on the empirical results of 301 sample enterprises, the results show that, There is a positive correlation between resource redundancy and alliance use, a positive correlation between strategic flexibility and alliance use, and a positive adjustment effect between social legitimacy and the inverted U type relationship between resource redundancy and alliance use. It also plays a positive role in regulating the positive correlation between strategic flexibility and alliance use.
