鐵路系統(tǒng)C公司企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的研究與探討

【摘要】:企業(yè)文化是企業(yè)的靈魂,是推動(dòng)企業(yè)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大驅(qū)動(dòng)力。企業(yè)的凝聚力、創(chuàng)造力以及在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力均來源于企業(yè)的文化。當(dāng)今企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容之一就是依靠先進(jìn)的文化助推企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,這既是一個(gè)正在被廣泛實(shí)踐的管理手段,也是一個(gè)未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)前,鐵路企業(yè)的文化建設(shè)是一個(gè)短板,滯后于鐵路企業(yè)的發(fā)展。面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng),鐵路企業(yè)形勢(shì)非常嚴(yán)峻,經(jīng)營(yíng)壓力不斷加大。鐵路企業(yè)如果不采取有力措施和行動(dòng),那么市場(chǎng)份額不斷萎縮、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益滑坡、鐵路的發(fā)展難以為繼將是必然的趨勢(shì)。因此,積極謀劃和努力實(shí)踐企業(yè)文化發(fā)展的長(zhǎng)久戰(zhàn)略,加快形成特色鮮明的鐵路企業(yè)文化,提升鐵路企業(yè)的文化軟實(shí)力,是鐵路企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,是一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的任務(wù),也是一項(xiàng)新課題。本文以鐵路系統(tǒng)C公司的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)為例,通過文獻(xiàn)法和實(shí)地調(diào)查考察法,從多角度研究與探討文化建設(shè)對(duì)于鐵路企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義,對(duì)當(dāng)前鐵路企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與問題作出深入分析,并有針對(duì)性地提出鐵路企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的主要對(duì)策,以及實(shí)施這些對(duì)策后的效益預(yù)期。通過研究,提出了對(duì)策和建議,對(duì)鐵路企業(yè)決策者和管理者提供參考和借鑒,以期達(dá)到推動(dòng)鐵路企業(yè)特別是C公司文化戰(zhàn)略的制定和發(fā)展之目的。隨著我國(guó)鐵路市場(chǎng)化改革的不斷深入以及物流企業(yè)的全面發(fā)展,C公司作為國(guó)有企業(yè)、鐵路企業(yè)和物流企業(yè),其發(fā)展既面臨前所未有的機(jī)遇,也面臨十分嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在這種形勢(shì)下,C公司迫切需要改革創(chuàng)新,而改革創(chuàng)新的一個(gè)重要切入點(diǎn)就是企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。首先,在宏觀層面上,要將企業(yè)文化理念融入公司所有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,要強(qiáng)化組織保障,完善制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)督促落實(shí)。同時(shí),要通過提高管理層面的認(rèn)識(shí)并身體力行,加強(qiáng)對(duì)企業(yè)文化的傳播,抓住薄弱環(huán)節(jié)并力爭(zhēng)取得突破,努力打造并維護(hù)企業(yè)品牌,切實(shí)樹立以人為本的管理理念,在提高服務(wù)能力和水平上下功夫,讓員工自覺參與到企業(yè)文化建設(shè)中,加強(qiáng)制度文化建設(shè)等一系列具體措施,使企業(yè)文化建設(shè)逐步走向規(guī)范化、常態(tài)化的軌道。通過上述這些措施和手段,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)將為C公司的發(fā)展注入新的活力,增強(qiáng)發(fā)展的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,形成新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture is the soul of the enterprise and a powerful driving force to promote the development of the enterprise. Creativity and the core competitiveness formed on this basis all come from enterprise culture. One of the important contents of enterprise management nowadays is to rely on advanced culture to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. At present, the cultural construction of railway enterprises is a short board, which lags behind the development of railway enterprises. The situation of railway enterprises is very severe and the operating pressure is increasing. If railway enterprises do not take effective measures and actions, then the market share will shrink continuously, the economic benefit will decline, and the development of railway will be difficult to sustain. Actively planning and practicing the long-term strategy of enterprise culture development, speeding up the formation of distinctive railway enterprise culture, and promoting the cultural soft power of railway enterprises are the urgent affairs of railway enterprises and a long-term task. This paper takes the corporate culture construction of railway system C company as an example, studies and discusses the significance of cultural construction to the development of railway enterprises from various angles through the methods of literature and field investigation. This paper makes a deep analysis of the present situation and problems of railway enterprise culture construction, and puts forward the main countermeasures of railway enterprise culture construction and the benefit expectation after carrying out these countermeasures. Through the research, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. For railway enterprise decision makers and managers to provide reference and reference, With the deepening of the reform of railway market and the overall development of logistics enterprises, C Company is regarded as a state-owned enterprise, railway enterprise and logistics enterprise, as a state-owned enterprise, railway enterprise and logistics enterprise, with the aim of promoting the formulation and development of the cultural strategy of railway enterprise, especially company C. Its development is faced with both unprecedented opportunities and severe challenges. In this situation, the company urgently needs to reform and innovate, and an important breakthrough point of reform and innovation is the construction of corporate culture. First, on the macro level, We should integrate the concept of corporate culture into all the development strategies of the company, strengthen the organizational guarantee, perfect the system construction, and strengthen the supervision and implementation. At the same time, we should strengthen the dissemination of the corporate culture by enhancing the understanding and practice of the management level. Grasp the weak links and strive to make a breakthrough, strive to build and maintain the enterprise brand, set up a people-oriented management concept, in order to improve the service ability and level, let the staff consciously participate in the construction of corporate culture, A series of concrete measures, such as strengthening the construction of institutional culture, will make the construction of enterprise culture move towards the track of standardization and normalization. Through these measures and means, the construction of enterprise culture will inject new vitality into the development of company C. Strengthen the driving force of development, form new economic growth point.
