【摘要】：進(jìn)入知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代后,智力資本成為提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)鍵要素。本文以2014年上市制造業(yè)企業(yè)作為研究對象,分析智力資本與企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),不同的生命周期中,人力資本、結(jié)構(gòu)資本和關(guān)系資本對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響程度不同。其中在成長期時,人力資本和結(jié)構(gòu)資本對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力影響較大。在成熟期時,人力資本、結(jié)構(gòu)資本和關(guān)系資本都正向顯著影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。在衰退期時,人力資本和關(guān)系資本對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力影響較大。研究結(jié)果可以為上市制造業(yè)企業(yè)有效實施智力資本的積累,進(jìn)一步實現(xiàn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:After entering the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital has become the key factor to improve the innovation ability of enterprises. This paper takes the listed manufacturing enterprises as the research object in 2014, and analyzes the relationship between intellectual capital and the innovation ability of enterprises. In different life cycle, the influence of human capital, structural capital and relational capital on the innovation ability of enterprises is different. In the growth period, human capital and structural capital have great influence on the innovation ability of enterprises. Human capital, structural capital and relational capital all have a significant impact on the ability of enterprises to innovate. Human capital and relational capital have great influence on the innovation ability of enterprises. The research results can provide reference for listed manufacturing enterprises to effectively implement the accumulation of intellectual capital and further realize enterprise innovation.
