【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展以及深化改革的強力推進,企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展對于管理提出了更高的要求,而使用科學管理、推進企業(yè)思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,以思想政治教育引領(lǐng)和推進企業(yè)文化建設(shè),已然成為優(yōu)化企業(yè)管理、提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟與社會效益,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)生存與發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實意義。企業(yè)思想政治教育工作同時也是一項科學的企業(yè)管理工作,企業(yè)中的思想政治教育與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)具有客觀、高度的同質(zhì)性。在思想政治教育的導(dǎo)引之下,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)通過思想上的教育、感情上的投入和器物文化、制度文化、行為文化與觀念文化環(huán)境的創(chuàng)設(shè),利用共同的精神原則和目標凝聚起企業(yè)成員,最大限度地激勵企業(yè)成員的主動精神和創(chuàng)造精神,把整個企業(yè)建設(shè)成為協(xié)作團體,進而形成合力,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的生存發(fā)展并促進經(jīng)濟社會的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。本文在研究過程中運用文獻研究法、多學科綜合法、系統(tǒng)分析法等研究方法,首先在導(dǎo)言部分闡述了論文的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處;其后的論題基本理論闡釋,梳理并闡釋了基本概念、基本范疇及其相互之間的關(guān)系,尤其是思想政治教育與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)兩者之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián),為后面的研究和撰述提供了理論依據(jù);在思想政治教育視角下企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的缺失解析部分,以思想政治教育為基本研究視角,闡釋了思想政治教育對企業(yè)文化建設(shè)引領(lǐng)的缺失、二者的隔膜以及在此前提下的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的諸種缺失;在論文的最后部分,則從實現(xiàn)思想政治教育對企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的引領(lǐng)、發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能推進企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、實現(xiàn)思想政治教育與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的融合、創(chuàng)新企業(yè)文化建設(shè)內(nèi)容與方法、助推企業(yè)文化建設(shè)嵌入現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理等層面,重點闡釋了思想政治教育視角下推進企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society and the strong advance of deepening the reform, the survival and development of enterprises put forward higher requirements for management, and the use of scientific management to promote the innovative development of enterprise ideological and political education. Leading and promoting the construction of enterprise culture with ideological and political education has become the optimization of enterprise management and the promotion of the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. The ideological and political education in enterprises is also a scientific enterprise management work. The ideological and political education and the construction of enterprise culture in enterprises are objective. Under the guidance of ideological and political education, the construction of enterprise culture is based on the creation of ideological education, emotional input and instrumental culture, institutional culture, behavior culture and cultural environment of ideas. Using common spiritual principles and objectives to rally the members of the enterprise, to maximize the motivation of the initiative and creativity of the members of the enterprise, to build the whole enterprise into a cooperative group, and then to form a joint effort. This paper uses the methods of literature research, multi-disciplinary synthesis, system analysis and so on in the process of research. Firstly, the background of this paper is described in the introduction. The significance of the research, the status quo of research at home and abroad, the research ideas, research methods and innovations, the basic theoretical interpretation of the topic, the combing and explaining of the basic concepts, the basic categories and the relationship between them, In particular, the internal relationship between ideological and political education and corporate culture construction provides a theoretical basis for the research and writing of the following; in the perspective of ideological and political education, the lack of analysis of corporate culture construction, From the angle of view of ideological and political education, this paper explains the lack of ideological and political education in guiding the construction of enterprise culture, the gap between the two and the various deficiencies in the construction of enterprise culture under this premise. In order to realize the guidance of ideological and political education to the construction of enterprise culture, to give full play to the function of ideological and political education to promote the construction of enterprise culture, to realize the fusion of ideological and political education and enterprise culture construction, and to innovate the contents and methods of enterprise culture construction, In order to promote the construction of enterprise culture and embed in modern enterprise management, this paper mainly explains the relevant countermeasures to promote the construction of enterprise culture from the perspective of ideological and political education.
