【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與人們生活水平的日益提高,藥品的質(zhì)量安全越來越備受關(guān)注,加強(qiáng)對(duì)藥品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量的管理,不僅維護(hù)了用藥人的合法權(quán)益及生命安全與健康,也將為企業(yè)贏得客戶的尊重與信任,使企業(yè)得以長(zhǎng)久、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在國(guó)內(nèi),包括生物技術(shù)公司在內(nèi)的6000多家制藥企業(yè)普遍存在自我創(chuàng)新能力低、研發(fā)投入不足及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量堪憂等問題。而全面質(zhì)量管理模式已在國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀企業(yè)中被廣泛推廣,并形成了作用較為顯著的全面質(zhì)量管理方法。眾多的實(shí)例證明,實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理確實(shí)能夠在提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低生產(chǎn)成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率以及贏得客戶滿意等方面起到積極的作用。MG醫(yī)藥企業(yè)創(chuàng)建于1985年,經(jīng)歷30年的創(chuàng)業(yè)和發(fā)展,相繼研制開發(fā)了中藥品牌和眾多生物注射劑,以及葡萄酒、環(huán)保建材等一系列名優(yōu)產(chǎn)品。企業(yè)自成立以來,為使企業(yè)逐步做大做強(qiáng),一直秉承著“質(zhì)量重于一切,要干就是一流”的管理理念,很早便引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的質(zhì)量管理模式對(duì)企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理的綜合性、整體性進(jìn)行提升,從而達(dá)到提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提高客戶滿意度、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的總體要求,使企業(yè)得以長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)、穩(wěn)定、健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、調(diào)查研究法、案例分析法、PDCA循環(huán)法等方法,通過前期資料的大量搜集和反復(fù)論證,提出了MG醫(yī)藥企業(yè)生物制藥項(xiàng)目實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義,并詳細(xì)分析了企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀及出現(xiàn)的問題,并用理論與生物制藥生產(chǎn)管理模式相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)質(zhì)量管理問題進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,從而進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系,改進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理策略與現(xiàn)行的模式,提出相應(yīng)的解決措施,并對(duì)改進(jìn)后的質(zhì)量管理體系應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐之中的效果進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題再進(jìn)行改進(jìn),從而使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到最優(yōu)化,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)抵御市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力,確保MG醫(yī)藥企業(yè)在持續(xù)、健康的狀態(tài)下發(fā)展,同時(shí)也通過本文為國(guó)內(nèi)外其他醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理提供一定的借鑒。雖然通過本文堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)和詳細(xì)的調(diào)查、分析和改進(jìn),MG醫(yī)藥企業(yè)已經(jīng)成功構(gòu)建出了符合企業(yè)長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的新的全面質(zhì)量管理體系,也取得了一定的成效,但是仍存在著一些不足之處。在今后的工作和學(xué)習(xí)中,還要通過大量閱讀文獻(xiàn)資料和對(duì)MG醫(yī)藥企業(yè)持續(xù)跟蹤與關(guān)注,從而找出企業(yè)運(yùn)用新的質(zhì)量管理體系中存在的問題進(jìn)行修訂與完善,得出更加符合企業(yè)實(shí)際的研究成果。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, more and more attention has been paid to the quality and safety of drugs. Strengthening the management of drug production quality not only maintains the legitimate rights and interests of drug users, but also the safety and health of their lives. It will also win the customer's respect and trust for the enterprise, and make the enterprise develop for a long time and steadily. In China, more than 6,000 pharmaceutical enterprises, including biotechnology companies, have low self-innovation ability. The research and development investment is insufficient and the product quality is worrisome. However, the total quality management model has been widely popularized in the excellent enterprises at home and abroad, and has formed a more significant total quality management method. The implementation of TQM can indeed play a positive role in improving product quality, reducing production costs, improving production efficiency and winning customer satisfaction. The pharmaceutical enterprise of MG was founded in 1985 and has experienced 30 years of entrepreneurship and development. We have developed and developed traditional Chinese medicine brands and many biological injections, as well as a series of famous and excellent products such as wine, environmental protection building materials and so on. Since the establishment of the enterprise, in order to make the enterprise bigger and stronger, it has been adhering to "quality is more important than anything," If we want to do this, it is the first class management concept. The advanced quality management model has been introduced very early to enhance the comprehensiveness and integrity of enterprise quality management, so as to improve the quality of products and improve customer satisfaction. In order to enhance the overall requirements of the core competence of enterprises, enterprises can develop in a long-term, stable and healthy and sustainable manner. In this paper, the methods of literature review, investigation and research, case analysis and PDCA cycle method are used in this paper. Through a large amount of data collection and repeated argumentation, this paper points out that the implementation of TQM in MG pharmaceutical enterprises is of great significance to the development of enterprises, and analyzes in detail the present situation and problems of quality management in MG pharmaceutical enterprises. By combining the theory with the production management mode of biopharmaceuticals, the quality management problems are evaluated, so as to further optimize the quality management system of the enterprise, improve the quality management strategy and the current mode, and put forward the corresponding solutions. The effect of the improved quality management system applied in practice is summarized and the problems are found to be further improved so that the product quality can be optimized and the ability of the enterprise to resist the market risks can be enhanced to ensure that the MG pharmaceutical enterprises are continuing. Development in a healthy state, but also through this article to provide some reference for the quality management of other pharmaceutical enterprises at home and abroad, although through the solid theoretical basis of this article and detailed investigation, The analysis and improvement of the pharmaceutical enterprises of MG have successfully constructed a new total quality management system which accords with the long-term development of the enterprises, and has also achieved certain results, but there are still some shortcomings in the future work and study. In order to find out the problems existing in the application of the new quality management system in order to correct and perfect the research results which are more in line with the actual situation of the enterprises, we should read a lot of literature and follow up and pay close attention to the MG pharmaceutical enterprises continuously in order to find out the problems existing in the application of the new quality management system.
