翻越由技術(shù)引進(jìn)到自主創(chuàng)新的樊籬——基于中車(chē)集團(tuán)大機(jī)車(chē)的案例研究

【摘要】:本文采用探索性嵌入式單案例研究方法,選取中國(guó)中車(chē)集團(tuán)大連機(jī)車(chē)車(chē)輛有限公司為案例研究對(duì)象,以其內(nèi)燃機(jī)車(chē)、電力機(jī)車(chē)和柴油機(jī)三大產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)典型產(chǎn)品的引進(jìn)型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的成功實(shí)踐為分析單元,基于引進(jìn)型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程,識(shí)別企業(yè)組織慣性效應(yīng)的顯現(xiàn)特征,分析組織學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)企業(yè)組織慣性效應(yīng)的作用機(jī)理,探索構(gòu)建組織慣性效應(yīng)視角的技術(shù)引進(jìn)到自主創(chuàng)新的一般性分析框架。通過(guò)內(nèi)容分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在模仿創(chuàng)新、改進(jìn)創(chuàng)新、自主創(chuàng)新的引進(jìn)型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的不同階段,企業(yè)組織慣性先后顯現(xiàn)出負(fù)向效應(yīng)為主、正向效應(yīng)為主和正負(fù)向效應(yīng)并存的階段性特征。進(jìn)一步的典型事件分析表明,探索式學(xué)習(xí)會(huì)抑制組織慣性的負(fù)向效應(yīng),而利用式學(xué)習(xí)則會(huì)強(qiáng)化組織慣性的正向效應(yīng)。結(jié)合組織學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)企業(yè)組織慣性效應(yīng)作用機(jī)理的分析,參照理論力學(xué)中運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)的相關(guān)研究,構(gòu)建了引進(jìn)型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中組織學(xué)習(xí)與企業(yè)組織慣性及其效應(yīng)關(guān)系的一般性分析框架。本文基于企業(yè)組織慣性效應(yīng)的視角,深化了對(duì)技術(shù)引進(jìn)到自主創(chuàng)新實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)理的理解,為后發(fā)企業(yè)打破"引進(jìn)—落后—再引進(jìn)—再落后"的引進(jìn)型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的"怪圈"提供了有益的實(shí)踐啟示。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we choose Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd of China China Railway Corporation as the case study object, and take its diesel locomotives as a case study, using the exploratory embedded single case study method. The successful practice of the imported technology innovation of the typical products on the three product platforms of electric locomotive and diesel engine is the analysis unit, based on the process of the imported technology innovation, the manifestation characteristics of the inertia effect of the enterprise organization are identified. This paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of organizational learning on the inertial effect of enterprise organization, and explores the introduction of technology from the perspective of organizational inertia effect to the general analytical framework of independent innovation. Through the content analysis, we find that we are imitating innovation and improving innovation. In the different stages of imported technological innovation of independent innovation, the inertia of enterprise organization shows the characteristics of negative effect, positive effect and positive negative effect. Exploratory learning will inhibit the negative effect of organizational inertia, while utilizing learning will strengthen the positive effect of organizational inertia. This paper constructs a general analysis framework of the relationship between organizational learning and organizational inertia and its effects in imported technological innovation. Based on the perspective of organizational inertia effect, this paper deepens the understanding of the realization mechanism from technology introduction to independent innovation. It provides a beneficial practical enlightenment for the latecomer enterprises to break the "strange circle" of the technology innovation of "introduction-backwardness-reintroduction-backwardness".
