【摘要】：在數(shù)字化時(shí)代,企業(yè)最重要的能力是設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)以數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)為核心的商業(yè)模式。首先,圍繞商業(yè)模式的核心要素——客戶價(jià)值主張和運(yùn)營(yíng)模式,總結(jié)了數(shù)字化時(shí)代商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型路徑的理論框架。其次,借鑒數(shù)字化時(shí)代的4種典型商業(yè)模式,結(jié)合沈陽(yáng)機(jī)床發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式類(lèi)型和特征進(jìn)行了分析。再次,從數(shù)字化使能的客戶價(jià)值主張重塑和運(yùn)營(yíng)模式再造兩個(gè)維度,分析了沈陽(yáng)機(jī)床商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型的動(dòng)因和路徑。最后,基于案例分析,圍繞數(shù)字化能力、轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程和轉(zhuǎn)型結(jié)果,提出了數(shù)字化使能的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型理論模型。
[Abstract]:In the digital age, the most important ability of an enterprise is to design and implement a business model with data assets as its core. This paper summarizes the theoretical framework of the transition path of the business model in the digital age. Secondly, using the four typical business models of the digital age for reference, combined with the development process of Shenyang machine tool, the paper analyzes the types and characteristics of the business model of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the causes and paths of the transformation of Shenyang machine tool business model from the two dimensions of customer value proposition of digital enabling and operation model reengineering. Finally, based on the case study, it revolves around digitization capability, transformation process and transformation result. A theoretical model of digital enabling business model transformation is proposed.
