【摘要】:大型企業(yè),特別是大型IT企業(yè)常通過組建大小不一、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的團(tuán)隊(duì)來完成各個(gè)項(xiàng)目或任務(wù)。隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的增長,企業(yè)內(nèi)的團(tuán)隊(duì)組建需要從原先的基于管理人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)或團(tuán)隊(duì)自發(fā)構(gòu)成的方法轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楦鼮榭茖W(xué)、合理的方法。這對(duì)于企業(yè)保持高效運(yùn)行、節(jié)約項(xiàng)目成本、充分利用人力資源、保持項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量至關(guān)重要。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,大型軟件外包企業(yè)面臨全新的、快速迭代的業(yè)務(wù)需求,一成不變的團(tuán)隊(duì)無法發(fā)揮其固有的優(yōu)勢。因此探索新的項(xiàng)目人員配置方法,進(jìn)行企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建,具有巨大的商業(yè)價(jià)值。隨著企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息化的發(fā)展,大型企業(yè)內(nèi)的管理軟件每天產(chǎn)生的大量活動(dòng)記錄,能夠反映成員真實(shí)的狀態(tài)與成員間的聯(lián)系,并構(gòu)成成員間的企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時(shí),項(xiàng)目分配記錄能夠重現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的真實(shí)需求與實(shí)際的團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成。這些條件為企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建的研究提供了可能性。本文在充分調(diào)研一個(gè)大型IT服務(wù)企業(yè)的企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源和團(tuán)隊(duì)組建需求的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)研究了真實(shí)應(yīng)用環(huán)境中團(tuán)隊(duì)組建的度量要求和方法,主要貢獻(xiàn)如下:1.形式化地定義了企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建問題,并提出了一種準(zhǔn)確反映團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通代價(jià)的新的度量指標(biāo)。論文調(diào)研了一個(gè)大型軟件技術(shù)外包服務(wù)企業(yè)內(nèi)真實(shí)的項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建需求,定義了企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、樹形團(tuán)隊(duì)配置和基于企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的樹形團(tuán)隊(duì)組建問題。論文提出的新的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通距離,即局部溝通距離,能夠準(zhǔn)確反映團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通代價(jià),對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)組建效果進(jìn)行度量。2.提出了多種團(tuán)隊(duì)組建算法和交互式團(tuán)隊(duì)組建策略。提出了兩種啟發(fā)式算法,即自頂向下的團(tuán)隊(duì)組建算法和自底向上的團(tuán)隊(duì)組建算法,解決了樹形團(tuán)隊(duì)組建問題。對(duì)算法復(fù)雜度、子團(tuán)隊(duì)模式以及團(tuán)隊(duì)組建的交互需求進(jìn)行分析,設(shè)計(jì)了基于索引的算法和交互式策略,使得團(tuán)隊(duì)組建過程快速、可交互。3.在一個(gè)真實(shí)的企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)上進(jìn)行了充分的實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和高效性。基于企業(yè)提供的數(shù)據(jù)集,包含超過7萬項(xiàng)目和15萬員工,進(jìn)行大規(guī)模實(shí)驗(yàn)。對(duì)大量真實(shí)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了局部溝通距離是評(píng)價(jià)團(tuán)隊(duì)組建效果的合適度量。進(jìn)行模擬真實(shí)項(xiàng)目的團(tuán)隊(duì)組建實(shí)驗(yàn),通過對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本文所提的算法在效果和性能上超越了傳統(tǒng)算法。4.設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了可用的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建系統(tǒng)。論文基于前述理論和實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建系統(tǒng),TeamGen。目前該系統(tǒng)已在企業(yè)中為超過15萬員工提供服務(wù),功能包括企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)瀏覽和團(tuán)隊(duì)組建。綜上所述,本文基于真實(shí)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù),從實(shí)際需求出發(fā),對(duì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建問題展開了研究。形式化地定義了基于企業(yè)社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)下的團(tuán)隊(duì)組建問題,提出三種團(tuán)隊(duì)組建算法和交互式策略,并在真實(shí)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)上進(jìn)行了充分的實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性和高性能。作為研究成果之一的企業(yè)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建系統(tǒng)TeamGen已在為大型企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。
