宗教捐贈行為與創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)規(guī)模——基于控制幻覺理論的解釋

【摘要】:宗教行為如何影響組織或管理者的行為已經(jīng)成為管理學與宗教學關注的熱點,已有很多研究證明了宗教會影響創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)傾向。但是,創(chuàng)業(yè)者的宗教行為是否會對創(chuàng)業(yè)組織的特征產(chǎn)生影響,這一問題還沒有得到充分研究。本文運用心理學中的控制幻覺理論來解釋創(chuàng)業(yè)者的宗教捐贈行為與創(chuàng)業(yè)者所創(chuàng)立的企業(yè)規(guī)模之間的關系,并運用中國環(huán)渤海地區(qū)農民創(chuàng)業(yè)者的數(shù)據(jù)驗證了研究假設。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),宗教捐贈行為越頻繁的創(chuàng)業(yè)者越傾向于創(chuàng)立規(guī)模較大的企業(yè),這一效應在創(chuàng)業(yè)者的成就需要和企業(yè)的先動性較強時更加明顯。本文不僅為創(chuàng)業(yè)者認知與創(chuàng)業(yè)組織間關系的研究提供了一個新的研究框架,也為創(chuàng)業(yè)者正確認識宗教行為和有效實施企業(yè)擴張?zhí)峁┝艘欢ǖ慕梃b和指導。
[Abstract]:How religious behavior affects the behavior of organizations or managers has become a hot topic in management and religious education. Many studies have proved that religion affects entrepreneurs' entrepreneurial tendencies. Whether the religious behavior of entrepreneurs has an impact on the characteristics of entrepreneurial organizations, This problem has not been fully studied. This paper uses the theory of control hallucination in psychology to explain the relationship between the religious donation behavior of entrepreneurs and the scale of enterprises created by entrepreneurs. The research shows that the more frequent religious donation, the more entrepreneurs tend to set up larger enterprises. This effect is more obvious when the entrepreneur's achievement needs and the firm's initiative is strong. This paper not only provides a new research framework for the study of the relationship between entrepreneur's cognition and entrepreneurial organization. It also provides a certain reference and guidance for entrepreneurs to correctly understand religious behavior and effectively implement enterprise expansion.
