考慮混流裝配線平衡及排序的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展,顧客對于個性化、多樣化以及特色化產(chǎn)品的追求越來越積極。為了滿足客戶需求,制造企業(yè)紛紛采用混合流水裝配線生產(chǎn)組織方式。制造企業(yè)要想在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)滿足客戶需求,不僅需要供應(yīng)商在合適的時間內(nèi)供給合適數(shù)量的零部件,還需要制造企業(yè)能夠在合適的時間內(nèi)及時將成品配送給客戶,并且制造企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)必須要高效、平穩(wěn),因此需要生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)和供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)要緊密、協(xié)同工作。研究表明,裝配線平衡系統(tǒng)和供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)兩者之間存在相互影響、相互制約的關(guān)系,在構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)時將裝配過程和供應(yīng)分銷過程結(jié)合考慮,能夠提高系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確度、可靠度和客戶服務(wù)水平。本文在多產(chǎn)品、多需求地、多工廠、多供應(yīng)商的背景下,建立了一個需求拉動式的"供應(yīng)-裝配-分銷"供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò),在優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)時,首先考慮了基于混流裝配線平衡的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化決策,然后考慮產(chǎn)品投產(chǎn)排序問題對供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題的影響及意義,最后研究了在資源使用數(shù)量受限制的情況下考慮混流裝配線平衡的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化問題。通過模型建立、求解和算例設(shè)計,得到了結(jié)果,并進行了數(shù)值化分析,得到以下重要成果:(1)通過比較可以發(fā)現(xiàn),在現(xiàn)有的需求情境下,在多個制造商產(chǎn)能范圍之內(nèi),模型能夠在多供應(yīng)商、多制造商、多產(chǎn)品、多需求地等節(jié)點之間決策出最優(yōu)的供給、裝配、分銷策略,使得整個供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的成本最低。(2)文章首次提出了基于最小化MAKESPAN的混合裝配線投產(chǎn)排序的整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。采用該模型,給定任意數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品組合,MAKESPAN整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型總是能夠得出空余時間最小的排序方案。(3)模型能夠根據(jù)投產(chǎn)排序約束盡可能使制造商在規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)完成生產(chǎn),決策出最有效減少總成本的方案。(4)在資源量受限制的情況下,模型能夠優(yōu)化資源的分配情況,有效減少供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的總成本。本文在已有的"考慮簡單裝配線平衡的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化"的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合實際情況,拓展到考慮混合裝配線的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化的研究,補充了該領(lǐng)域的研究,對企業(yè)的實際運營提供一些參考和建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the society, customers are more and more active in the pursuit of personalized, diversified and special products. Manufacturing enterprises have adopted the mixed income assembly line production organization mode. If manufacturing enterprises want to meet customer demand within a specified time, they not only need suppliers to supply the right number of parts and components in the right time. It is also necessary for the manufacturing enterprise to be able to deliver the finished product to the customer in time and in time, and the production system of the manufacturing enterprise must be efficient and stable, so the production system and the supply chain system should be close and work together. The assembly line balance system and the supply chain network system have the relationship of mutual influence and restriction. When constructing the supply chain network system, the assembly process and the supply distribution process can be considered together, and the accuracy of the system can be improved. Reliability and customer service level. In the context of multi-product, multi-demand, multi-factory, multi-supplier, this paper establishes a supply-assembly distribution supply chain network with demand pull, and optimizes the supply chain network. Firstly, the optimal decision of supply chain network based on mixed-flow assembly line balance is considered, and then the influence and significance of product commissioning scheduling problem on supply chain network optimization are considered. Finally, the optimization problem of supply chain network considering the balance of mixed-flow assembly line under the condition of limited resource usage is studied. The results are obtained by modeling, solving and example design, and the numerical analysis is carried out. Get the following important results: 1) by comparing, we can find that in the existing demand situation, in the range of multiple manufacturers' capacity, the model can be used in multi-supplier, multi-manufacturer, multi-product. The optimal supply, assembly and distribution strategies are determined between nodes with multiple needs. In this paper, the integer programming model of hybrid assembly line scheduling based on minimized MAKESPAN is proposed for the first time. Given an arbitrary number of product combinations, a MAKESPAN integer programming model is always able to arrive at a minimum spare time ranking scheme. The model can enable manufacturers to complete production within a specified time limit as far as possible according to the scheduling constraints in production. The model can optimize the allocation of resources when the amount of resources is limited. Based on the existing "supply chain network optimization considering simple assembly line balance" and combining with the actual situation, this paper extends the research of supply chain network optimization considering hybrid assembly line. Supplement the research in this field, and provide some references and suggestions for the actual operation of enterprises.
