【摘要】：本文主要探討了在國際經(jīng)營背景下,當(dāng)?shù)刂R(shí)中影響跨國企業(yè)管理者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力的主要因素及其作用機(jī)制。根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)論述與理論分析,提出了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí)、當(dāng)?shù)卣咧R(shí)、當(dāng)?shù)厣虅?wù)活動(dòng)知識(shí)以及當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)知識(shí)這四個(gè)因素對(duì)跨國企業(yè)管理者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力有正向影響的假設(shè),并建立了研究模型。采用定量研究的方法,根據(jù)相關(guān)研究的成熟量表設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,通過線上及線下兩種問卷發(fā)放形式共收集有效問卷133份。通過SPSS 21.0和AMOS 21.0軟件對(duì)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、因子分析、相關(guān)性分析、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析等,以此檢驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ图凹僭O(shè)是否成立。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在構(gòu)建的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型中,當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)知識(shí)和當(dāng)?shù)厣虅?wù)活動(dòng)知識(shí)對(duì)跨國企業(yè)管理者的政策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力有直接正向的影響;當(dāng)?shù)卣咧R(shí)和當(dāng)?shù)厥袌?chǎng)知識(shí)對(duì)跨國企業(yè)管理者的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力有直接正向的影響。本文的主要貢獻(xiàn)在于通過文獻(xiàn)分析梳理并論述了當(dāng)?shù)刂R(shí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力對(duì)于提高跨國企業(yè)管理者的戰(zhàn)略決策能力及提升跨國企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要意義。理論模型和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的構(gòu)建,詳細(xì)地闡釋了當(dāng)?shù)刂R(shí)中對(duì)跨國企業(yè)管理者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力有顯著影響的重要因子及其影響機(jī)制,有益于研究國際管理的學(xué)者對(duì)提高跨國企業(yè)管理者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力、克服外來者劣勢(shì)的進(jìn)一步研究。本文最后部分結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)理論與研究結(jié)果提出了跨國企業(yè)管理實(shí)踐上的啟示與建議。研究在有效樣本數(shù)量、樣本代表性以及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型的擬合優(yōu)度上有一定局限性。未來可以在擴(kuò)大樣本容量的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)刂R(shí)中的隱性知識(shí)展開深入研究,探索其對(duì)跨國企業(yè)更多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型承擔(dān)能力的影響機(jī)制。此外,當(dāng)?shù)仃P(guān)系對(duì)于跨國企業(yè)管理者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)能力及業(yè)績(jī)的作用機(jī)制也是值得探索的研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the main factors and the mechanism of influencing the risk bearing ability of the managers of multinational enterprises in the local knowledge under the background of international operation, and puts forward the local economic knowledge according to the literature discussion and the theoretical analysis. The assumption that local policy knowledge, local business activity knowledge and local market knowledge have positive influence on the risk bearing ability of multinational enterprise managers is assumed, and a research model is established. The questionnaire was designed according to the mature scale of relevant research. A total of 133 valid questionnaires were collected by online and offline questionnaires. Descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of the survey data were carried out by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. Correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis and so on, to test the model and hypothesis. Local economic knowledge and local business knowledge have a direct positive impact on the policy risk-bearing capacity of multinational enterprise managers; Local policy knowledge and local market knowledge have a direct positive impact on the competitive risk-bearing ability of multinational managers. The main contribution of this paper is to comb and discuss the local knowledge and risk-bearing ability through literature analysis. The construction of theoretical model and structural equation model is of great significance to improve the strategic decision-making ability of managers and enhance the competitiveness of multinational enterprises. This paper explains in detail the important factors and the influencing mechanism of local knowledge which have significant influence on the risk bearing ability of multinational enterprise managers. It is beneficial to the scholars who study international management to improve the risk bearing ability of the managers of multinational enterprises. The last part of this paper combined with the literature theory and the results of the study put forward the inspiration and suggestions in the practice of multinational enterprises management. The number of effective samples in the study. There are some limitations in the representation of samples and the goodness of fit of structural equation model. In the future, the tacit knowledge in local knowledge can be deeply studied on the basis of expanding the sample size. In addition, the mechanism of local relationship to the risk bearing ability and performance of multinational managers is also worth exploring.
