【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,全國的經(jīng)濟都面臨著轉(zhuǎn)型,改革開放后東南沿海城市走在了改革的前列,東北老工業(yè)基地沒有跟上改革的步伐,正逐漸走向困境,特別是很多的大型國企,沒有把握住發(fā)展的機遇,現(xiàn)在面臨生存的難題,黑龍江省是典型的以國企為主的省,主要經(jīng)濟命脈都掌握在國企手上,然而國企的思想落后、產(chǎn)品落伍已是不爭的事實。哈工大機器人集團(tuán)是由黑龍江省、哈爾濱市、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)共同組建的高新技術(shù)企業(yè),哈工大機器人集團(tuán)的發(fā)展一定程度上承載了黑龍江省產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的重任,對于哈工大機器人集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,對黑龍江省的經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型具有現(xiàn)實意義。本文共四章,第一章為緒論,主要包含本文的研究背景以及國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀近,結(jié)合相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ),對哈工大機器人集團(tuán)進(jìn)行研究。第二章為哈工大機器人集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定的基礎(chǔ)分析,從哈工大機器人集團(tuán)目前的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r為研究基礎(chǔ),通過對哈工大機器人集團(tuán)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)集團(tuán)發(fā)展面臨的一系列問題。第三章為哈工大機器人集團(tuán)SWOT分析,通過SWOT分析發(fā)現(xiàn)哈工大機器人集團(tuán)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢和劣勢,以及面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),通過SWOT分析對哈工大機器人集團(tuán)確定了戰(zhàn)略定位和戰(zhàn)略重點。第四章為哈工大機器人集團(tuán)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略措施。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施必須要有相應(yīng)的措施,哈工大機器人集團(tuán)必須從組織架構(gòu)改革、市場渠道拓展、加大研發(fā)投入、積極拓展融資渠道、吸引和留住人才這幾個方面來實現(xiàn)。本文以企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理為理論基礎(chǔ),重點對哈工大機器人集團(tuán)進(jìn)行了SWOT模型分析,對哈工大機器人集團(tuán)提出了相應(yīng)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對于如何實現(xiàn)哈工大機器人集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提出了相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of the market economy, the economy of the whole country is facing the transformation. After the reform and opening up, the southeast coastal cities are in the forefront of the reform, the northeast old industrial base has not kept up with the pace of the reform, and is gradually heading for the predicament. In particular, many large state-owned enterprises, did not grasp the opportunity to develop, now facing the difficult problem of survival, Heilongjiang Province is a typical state-owned enterprises mainly in the province, the main economic lifelines are in the hands of state-owned enterprises. However, it is an indisputable fact that the thought of state-owned enterprises is backward and the products are out of date. The robot group of Harbin University of Technology is a high-tech enterprise set up by Heilongjiang Province, Harbin City and Harbin University of Technology. To a certain extent, the development of Harbin University Robot Group bears the heavy responsibility of the industrial transformation in Heilongjiang Province, and the development strategy of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology is studied. This article has four chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly includes the research background of this paper and the domestic and foreign research status, combined with the relevant theoretical basis. The second chapter is the basic analysis of the development strategy of the robot group, which is based on the current development situation of the robot group. Through the analysis of the current situation of the development of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology, we find a series of problems facing the development of the group. Chapter three is the SWOT analysis of the robot group of the Harbin University of Technology. Through the analysis of SWOT, the author finds out the advantages and disadvantages of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology, as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces. Through the analysis of SWOT, the strategic orientation and strategic focus of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology are determined. Chapter 4th is the strategic measure for the development of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology. The implementation of the development strategy of the enterprise must have corresponding measures. The robot group of Harbin University of Technology must reform its organizational structure, expand its market channels, increase its R & D investment, and actively expand its financing channels. Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy management, this paper focuses on the SWOT model analysis of Harbin University Robot Group. This paper puts forward the corresponding development strategy for the robot group of Harbin University of Technology, and puts forward the corresponding strategic measures on how to realize the development strategy of the robot group of Harbin University of Technology.
