【摘要】:人類(lèi)進(jìn)入知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代以后,知識(shí)逐漸取代其他物質(zhì)(如勞動(dòng)、自然資源等)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的核心投入要素,創(chuàng)新也成為決定組織生死存亡的關(guān)鍵,知識(shí)和創(chuàng)新成為時(shí)代主流。知識(shí)密集型組織(如知識(shí)密集型企業(yè)、高等院校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等)具有知識(shí)主導(dǎo)性、創(chuàng)新密度高和高增值性,在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)中的前瞻性、驅(qū)動(dòng)性和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)性不斷凸顯。但易變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和殘酷的組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)使得單個(gè)知識(shí)密集型組織的創(chuàng)新能力愈發(fā)受到挑戰(zhàn),限制著組織獨(dú)立創(chuàng)新的積極性和可行性。為了獲取明顯的差別化利益進(jìn)而更大的生存發(fā)展空間,知識(shí)密集型組織紛紛跨越組織界限,尋求并整合外部互補(bǔ)性優(yōu)質(zhì)知識(shí)源,并日益成為知識(shí)密集型組織的主導(dǎo)創(chuàng)新范式,F(xiàn)代創(chuàng)新日益強(qiáng)調(diào)異質(zhì)知識(shí)主體間的協(xié)同合作,因此接近外部知識(shí)源對(duì)于組織創(chuàng)新(包括知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)創(chuàng)新等)就顯得異常重要,創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟作為異質(zhì)組織交互作用實(shí)現(xiàn)有效創(chuàng)新的場(chǎng)域,為高知識(shí)度、創(chuàng)新度的知識(shí)密集型組織提供了良好的互動(dòng)平臺(tái)。知識(shí)密集型異質(zhì)組織間的知識(shí)共享是以利益為導(dǎo)向、以知識(shí)為紐帶、以創(chuàng)新為目的的不同知識(shí)主體間的知識(shí)交互作用過(guò)程,參與知識(shí)共享的組織間是相互獨(dú)立且平等的。異質(zhì)組織間的知識(shí)共享可以產(chǎn)生知識(shí)互補(bǔ)效應(yīng)和規(guī)模效應(yīng),貫穿并支撐協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的整個(gè)過(guò)程,其效率直接影響創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟之所以創(chuàng)新效率低下,歸根結(jié)底也主要是因?yàn)楫愘|(zhì)組織間知識(shí)共享的無(wú)效。作為創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)異質(zhì)組織間互動(dòng)的重要機(jī)制之一,知識(shí)共享機(jī)制已成為決定創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)各主體創(chuàng)新能力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的深層次原因。因此,對(duì)知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)異質(zhì)組織間的知識(shí)共享機(jī)制做深入系統(tǒng)研究,具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)異質(zhì)組織間的知識(shí)共享機(jī)制是一個(gè)多元主體間的復(fù)雜動(dòng)態(tài)交互手段或過(guò)程;趶(fù)雜動(dòng)態(tài)的研究視角,本文首先分析知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)知識(shí)共享主體,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)異質(zhì)組織間知識(shí)共享的特性做了深入探究:其次,在對(duì)知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟知識(shí)共享主體要素和特性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入剖析創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)異質(zhì)組織間知識(shí)共享機(jī)制的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu);再次,基于創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)部參與組織的有限理性和知識(shí)共享的非對(duì)稱性,運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)博弈方法構(gòu)建異質(zhì)組織間知識(shí)共享的演化博弈模型,并分析影響系統(tǒng)演化路徑進(jìn)而穩(wěn)定均衡的因素;最后,基于上述對(duì)創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)異質(zhì)組織間知識(shí)共享機(jī)制的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)和演化博弈分析,并結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)有知識(shí)密集型創(chuàng)新聯(lián)盟內(nèi)普遍存在知識(shí)共享無(wú)力,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新無(wú)效等現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,分別從利益分配、知識(shí)共享平臺(tái)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控三個(gè)角度提出針對(duì)性促進(jìn)策略。
[Abstract]:After entering the era of knowledge economy, knowledge gradually takes the place of other substances, such as labor and natural resources, and becomes the core investment factor of the economic society. Innovation has also become the key to decide the survival and death of organizations. Knowledge and innovation have become the mainstream of the times. Knowledge intensive organizations, such as knowledge intensive enterprises, universities and research institutions, have knowledge dominance, high innovation density and high value-added. They are increasingly prominent in the modern economy and society. But the changeable market environment and cruel organization competition make the innovation ability of single knowledge intensive organization more and more challenged, which limits the initiative and feasibility of independent innovation. In order to get obvious differential interests and greater survival and development space, knowledge intensive organizations have crossed the organizational boundaries, seeking and integrating complementary complementary high-quality knowledge sources, and increasingly becoming the leading innovation paradigm of knowledge intensive organizations. The modern innovation has increasingly emphasized the collaborative knowledge heterogeneity between subjects, so close to the external knowledge source for organizational innovation (including knowledge innovation, product innovation and service innovation, etc.) is very important, innovation alliance as a field of interaction of different organization to achieve effective innovation, provide a good interactive platform for knowledge intensive high knowledge organization degree, the degree of innovation. Knowledge sharing among knowledge intensive heterogeneous organizations is a process of knowledge interaction between different knowledge subjects based on interest, knowledge and innovation. Knowledge sharing among organizations is independent and equal. Knowledge sharing between heterogeneous organizations can produce knowledge complementarity effect and scale effect, and run through and support the whole process of collaborative innovation, and its efficiency directly affects innovation performance. The low innovation efficiency of the existing knowledge intensive innovation alliance in China is mainly due to the ineffectiveness of knowledge sharing among the heterogeneous organizations. As one of the important mechanisms of the interaction among heterogeneous organizations in the innovation alliance, knowledge sharing mechanism has become the deep reason that determines the innovation and competitive advantages of the main bodies in the innovation alliance. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to do a thorough and systematic study of the knowledge sharing mechanism among the heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge intensive innovation alliance. The knowledge sharing mechanism between the heterogeneous organizations in the knowledge intensive innovation alliance is a complex dynamic interactive means or process among the multiple entities. The research based on the perspective of complex dynamic, this paper first analyzes the main body of knowledge sharing knowledge intensive innovation alliance, and on this basis, the heterogeneity of Inter Organizational Knowledge sharing characteristics was furtherinvestigated. Secondly, based on the knowledge intensive knowledge innovation alliance sharing analysis main elements and characteristics, in-depth analysis of the internal structure of different organization innovation alliance knowledge sharing mechanism; thirdly, the non symmetry of limited rationality and knowledge in the organization's internal innovation alliance based on sharing, establish an evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing between heterogeneous organization with dynamic game method, and analyze the influencing factors of the path and the stable equilibrium system evolution; finally, the above analysis of the heterogeneous organization innovation alliance in the knowledge sharing mechanism of internal structure and evolution based on game, combined with our existing common knowledge intensive innovation alliance In reality, such as knowledge sharing is weak, collaborative innovation is invalid, and so on, from the three points of interest distribution, knowledge sharing platform and risk prevention and control, the targeted promotion strategy is put forward.
