【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的日益細化，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群以其在資源整合、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和誘發(fā)新的創(chuàng)新機制等方面的巨大優(yōu)越性成為推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、增強綜合競爭力的必然選擇。近年來，文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，為金融危機下的世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展注入了新的活力，發(fā)展不斷深入。因應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展的潮流和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)自身的發(fā)展規(guī)律，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化、建設(shè)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)成為世界各國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基本趨勢。 近年來，印度文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展異軍突起，成為廣大發(fā)展中國家文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的典范。以電影產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為核心的寶萊塢文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展迅速，現(xiàn)已成為堪與好萊塢相提并論的世界第二大影視產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，取得了巨大成就。因此，結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論，，深入分析寶萊塢文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的形成和發(fā)展歷程，總結(jié)概括其運作模式和規(guī)律，探究其發(fā)展機理，對于完善我國產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的相關(guān)理論架構(gòu)，探索我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的基本策略具有極其重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of industrial division of labor, industrial clusters have become the inevitable choice to promote regional economic development and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness because of their great advantages in resources integration, industrial structure optimization and the induction of new innovative mechanisms. In recent years, the rapid development of cultural industry has injected new vitality into the world economic development under the financial crisis. In response to the trend of the development of industrial clusters and the laws of the development of cultural industries themselves, the promotion of industrial clusters and the construction of cultural industrial parks have become the basic trend of the development of cultural industries in various countries in the world. In recent years, the development of cultural industries in India has sprung up. To become a model for the development of cultural industry in developing countries. Bollywood Cultural Industrial Park, which takes the development of film industry as the core, has developed rapidly and has become the second largest film and television industry base in the world, which is comparable with Hollywood, and has made great achievements. Therefore, combined with the relevant theories of industrial cluster, the formation and development course of Bollywood cultural industrial park is deeply analyzed, and its operating mode and law are summarized, and its development mechanism is explored, which is helpful to perfect the relevant theoretical framework of industrial cluster in China. It is of great significance to explore the basic strategies for the development of cultural industrial parks in China.
