【摘要】：2011年中國已成為世界第二大經濟體,即使在國際金融危機蔓延期間,仍保持經濟平穩(wěn)較快發(fā)展。在世界經濟一片低迷和國內中小企業(yè)面臨困難的復雜形勢下,中國經濟在前三季度依然保持了9%以上的增速。面對一系列傲人的經濟數(shù)據(jù),中共領導層依然保持著憂患意識,十七屆六中全會指出,當今世界正處在大發(fā)展大變革大調整時期,文化在綜合國力競爭中的地位和作用更加凸顯,增強國家文化軟實力、中華文化國際影響力的要求也變得更為迫切。 從全國范圍來看,經過改革開放三十多年的快速發(fā)展,吉林省的經濟實力仍然相對落后,文化產業(yè)并不十分發(fā)達,但是卻一直積淀涵養(yǎng)著深厚的文化底蘊。因此,通過深入剖析近些年吉林省文化產業(yè)發(fā)展軌跡和呈現(xiàn)出的問題、特點以及未來文化產業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢,進一步確定吉林省文化產業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿蛢?yōu)勢,制定科學合理,具有戰(zhàn)略視野和持續(xù)發(fā)展的文化產業(yè)具體發(fā)展途徑與對策,將有力地推動振興東北老工業(yè)基地建設,特別是全面實現(xiàn)吉林省文化建設和經濟社會的良性科學快速發(fā)展。振興東北老工業(yè)基地,文化產業(yè)先行。實現(xiàn)東北特別是吉林省的振興其最終目標應該是實現(xiàn)整個社會事業(yè)的全面振興,其中應涵蓋政治、經濟、文化、教育、科技等各個領域,特別是文化的振興應該成為“振興”一詞的最應有之義,同時它也必然成為提升軟實力,推動社會事業(yè)各領域協(xié)調發(fā)展的核心要素。而在當今國際和國內趨勢背景下,重點發(fā)展文化產業(yè)成為實現(xiàn)文化振興的必由之路。吉林省文化產業(yè)的大繁榮與大發(fā)展,對振興吉林老工業(yè)基地具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義和歷史意義。本文在對吉林省的文化產業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行深入研究的基礎上,從吉林省近些年的發(fā)展實際客觀地分析了吉林省文化產業(yè)發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢及不足,并針對發(fā)展中存在的問題提出了解決的對策,以更好地促進吉林省的文化振興與繁榮。
[Abstract]:China has become the world's second-largest economy in 2011, maintaining steady and rapid economic growth even during the contagion of the international financial crisis. China's economy continued to grow at more than 9 percent in the first three quarters amid a downturn in the world economy and the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized domestic enterprises. In the face of a series of proud economic data, the leadership of the Communist Party of China still maintains a sense of suffering. The sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee pointed out that the world is now in a period of great development, great change, and great adjustment. The position and role of culture in the competition of comprehensive national strength has become more prominent, and the demand for the international influence of Chinese culture has also become more pressing. From a nationwide perspective, after more than 30 years of reform and opening up to the outside world, the rapid development of China's cultural soft power has become more urgent. Jilin Province's economic strength is still relatively backward, cultural industry is not very developed, but has been accumulated deep cultural heritage. Therefore, through the in-depth analysis of the development track and problems, characteristics and future development trends of the cultural industry in Jilin Province in recent years, the development potential and advantages of the cultural industry in Jilin Province are further determined, and scientific and reasonable formulation is made. The specific development ways and countermeasures of cultural industry with strategic vision and sustainable development will promote vigorously the construction of the old industrial base in Northeast China, especially the overall realization of the cultural construction of Jilin Province and the rapid and benign scientific development of economic and social development. Revitalizing the northeast old industrial base, cultural industry first. The ultimate goal of realizing the revitalization of Northeast China, especially Jilin Province, should be to realize the overall revitalization of the whole social undertaking, which should cover all fields such as politics, economy, culture, education, science and technology, etc. In particular, the revitalization of culture should become the most proper meaning of the word "rejuvenation", and at the same time, it will inevitably become the core element of promoting soft power and promoting the coordinated development of various fields of social undertakings. Under the background of international and domestic trend, the emphasis on cultural industry is the only way to realize cultural rejuvenation. The great prosperity and development of the cultural industry in Jilin Province is of great practical and historical significance for revitalizing the old industrial base of Jilin Province. Based on the in-depth study of the present situation of the cultural industry in Jilin Province, this paper objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the cultural industry in Jilin Province from the actual development of Jilin Province in recent years. In order to promote the cultural rejuvenation and prosperity of Jilin province, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the development.
