【摘要】：電影是一個高風(fēng)險行業(yè),當(dāng)前我國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)處于迅猛發(fā)展之中而電影保險卻處于滯后現(xiàn)象,尚未真正形成完善的保險環(huán)境、未形成分工細化、規(guī)范專業(yè)的電影產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,電影保險相關(guān)政策法規(guī)急需完善,缺乏電影保險專業(yè)人才,等等。這些問題制約了電影產(chǎn)業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。電影保險在國外一直是電影拍攝制作的一個重要角色,經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展已形成相對成熟的保險體系,這對中國電影保險現(xiàn)狀的改良和創(chuàng)新具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Film is a high-risk industry. At present, the film industry in our country is in the rapid development, but the film insurance is lagging behind, has not really formed the perfect insurance environment, has not formed the division of labor to refine, standardizes the specialized film industry chain, Film insurance related policies and regulations need to be improved, the lack of film insurance professionals, and so on. These problems restrict the healthy development of the film industry. Film insurance has always been an important role in the production of films in foreign countries. After years of development, a relatively mature insurance system has been formed, which has a certain reference significance for the improvement and innovation of the current situation of film insurance in China.
