【摘要】：技能型人才數(shù)量短缺、質(zhì)量低、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力低、人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)少等問題,制約了西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的專業(yè)化水平、國際競爭力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。政府應(yīng)大力支持西藏文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)體系中的作用。如明確職業(yè)教育在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中的地位與作用;增設(shè)與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對接的新型專業(yè);構(gòu)建文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型、產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作人才培養(yǎng)模式;建立"雙師型"教師隊(duì)伍等。
[Abstract]:The shortage of skilled talents, the low quality, the low ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, and the shortage of talent training institutions have restricted the professional level, international competitiveness and sustainable development of Tibet's cultural industry. The government should vigorously support the development of Tibetan cultural industry and give full play to the role of vocational education in the cultural industry personnel training system. Such as clarifying the position and function of vocational education in the cultural industry, establishing a new specialty to connect with the cultural industry, constructing the innovative and pioneering type of cultural industry, training mode of talents in cooperation between industry, college and research, and establishing the "double-qualified" teaching staff, etc.
