內(nèi)蒙古文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在區(qū)域發(fā)展中的作用越來越顯著,其發(fā)展水平已成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志之一,人們越來越重視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。近年來,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)政府也開始重視文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,但由于受到許多條件和因素的影響,我區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然處于較低的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)。在國家大力推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的背景下,為了加快我區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,本文以內(nèi)蒙古文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,運(yùn)用文化產(chǎn)業(yè)理論、社會管理和相關(guān)管理理論相結(jié)合的方法,分析了內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史過程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和現(xiàn)實(shí)存在的問題。內(nèi)蒙古文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在資源有效整合力度不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)文化總體水平低、政府職能不到位、缺乏專業(yè)人才、區(qū)域內(nèi)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)中有影響力的企業(yè)相對較少,以及文化消費(fèi)觀念有待提高等一系列的問題。我區(qū)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,政府必須做出科學(xué)可持續(xù)的戰(zhàn)略部署,制定出利于發(fā)展、便于執(zhí)行切實(shí)可行的相關(guān)政策,同時增強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)意與科技相結(jié)合是關(guān)鍵。具體可通過從采取多種途徑整合文化資源、提升產(chǎn)業(yè)總體發(fā)展水平、完善政府職能、建立人才長期培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、樹立民族品牌戰(zhàn)略、培養(yǎng)民眾文化消費(fèi)意識等六個方面入手,提出切實(shí)可行的對策與策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, cultural industry plays a more and more important role in regional development, and its development level has become one of the important symbols of regional economic and social development. People pay more and more attention to the development of cultural industry. In recent years, the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has begun to attach importance to the development of cultural industry, but due to the influence of many conditions and factors, the cultural industry in our region is still in a low development state. In order to speed up the development of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia, this paper takes the present situation of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia as the research object and applies the theory of cultural industry. By combining social management with relevant management theory, this paper analyzes the historical process, current situation and existing problems of the development of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia. The development of cultural industry in Inner Mongolia is characterized by insufficient integration of resources, low overall level of industrial culture, lack of government functions, lack of professional personnel, and relatively few influential enterprises in the cultural industry in the region. And the concept of cultural consumption needs to be improved a series of issues. For the further development of the cultural industry in our region, the government must make a scientific and sustainable strategic plan, formulate a policy conducive to development, facilitate the implementation of practical and feasible policies, and at the same time, strengthen the combination of cultural industry creativity and science and technology is the key. It can be started from six aspects, such as integrating cultural resources, improving the overall level of industrial development, perfecting government functions, establishing a long-term talent training mechanism, establishing a national brand strategy, and cultivating the people's awareness of cultural consumption, etc. Put forward feasible countermeasure and strategy.
