【摘要】：正手頭上有一份材料,記載了國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金成立三年來(lái)所取得的豐碩成果,大量有說(shuō)服力的數(shù)字統(tǒng)計(jì)令人興奮。但是,我感觸更多的是數(shù)字背后的東西,是那些讓人們觀念發(fā)生變化的東西。首先,國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金深層次點(diǎn)燃了全社會(huì)藝術(shù)創(chuàng)造的激情。在國(guó)家藝術(shù)基金設(shè)立之前,國(guó)家沒有一個(gè)面向全社會(huì)的鼓勵(lì)扶持高水平藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作的機(jī)制,幾乎所有的藝術(shù)團(tuán)體和有抱負(fù)的藝術(shù)家都遇到過創(chuàng)作經(jīng)費(fèi)求助無(wú)門的窘迫。而面對(duì)這種窘迫,許多優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意設(shè)想和創(chuàng)造熱
[Abstract]:There is a document on hand documenting the fruitful results of the National Arts Fund in its three years of existence, and the thrilling number of convincing statistics. But I feel more about the things behind the numbers, the things that change people's minds. First of all, the National Art Fund ignited the passion of art creation in the whole society.
