【摘要】：自2001年中國加入WTO以來，巨大的市場誘惑及商業(yè)機會驅(qū)使著境外資本通過不同的投資渠道和商業(yè)路徑進入中國電影產(chǎn)。外資入境的趨勢及其引發(fā)的諸多問題亦成為近年來業(yè)界和學界普遍關注的熱點議題。 本研究聚焦于境外資本的市場進入模式，旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)外資進入中國電影業(yè)的模式選擇與內(nèi)在規(guī)律，為優(yōu)化本國電影業(yè)涉外投融資機制提供參考。研究通過對可掌握資料的文本分析，對國內(nèi)具有外資背景電影企業(yè)的問卷調(diào)查，以及對北上廣三地業(yè)內(nèi)專家的深度訪談等綜合研究方法展開。 研究發(fā)現(xiàn)逾十年來，境外資本在進入中國電影業(yè)的軌跡可概況為試水、深入、圈地、優(yōu)化四個發(fā)展階段，進入模式的選擇也不斷優(yōu)化，時至今日外資在進入規(guī)模、滲透領域、市場績效等方面均已取得顯著成效。 與此同時，研究在對外資的產(chǎn)業(yè)資本形式、市場進入模式在電影產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)中的現(xiàn)狀匹配和分析后認為，，中國電影業(yè)的外資利用效率仍處于初級階段，令中國電影業(yè)和外資雙贏的最優(yōu)模式則是通過契約模式將境外生產(chǎn)資本合理有效地導入本國電影產(chǎn)業(yè)。 未來全球傳媒文化領域的跨國性博弈在某種意義上即為資本博弈，在與外資的合作博弈中求得發(fā)展是中國電影業(yè)的題中之義。面對外資大舉進入所產(chǎn)生的正、負效應及影響，研究給出的規(guī)制建議為：樹立一個主體，建立兩個體系，即始終以本國電影企業(yè)競爭力為關照主體，對于外資建立市場調(diào)控和行政監(jiān)管兩個規(guī)制體系。
[Abstract]:Since China joined the WTO in 2001, huge market temptation and business opportunities have driven foreign capital to enter Chinese film production through different investment channels and commercial paths.In recent years, the trend of foreign capital entry and the problems caused by it have become a hot topic in the industry and academic circles.This study focuses on the market entry model of foreign capital in order to find out the mode choice and internal law of foreign capital entering Chinese film industry and to provide reference for optimizing the foreign investment and financing mechanism of domestic film industry.Through the text analysis of the available materials, the questionnaire survey of domestic film enterprises with foreign capital background, and the in-depth interview of experts from the three regions of Beijing, Guangzhou and Guangxi, the comprehensive research methods are carried out.The study found that in the past ten years, the track of foreign capital entering the Chinese film industry can be summarized as trial water, deep, land, and optimizing four stages of development, and the choice of entry mode has also been continuously optimized. Up to now, foreign capital is entering the field of scale and infiltration.Market performance and other aspects have achieved remarkable results.At the same time, after analyzing and matching the industrial capital form of foreign capital and market entry mode in every link of the film industry chain, it is concluded that the foreign capital utilization efficiency of Chinese film industry is still in the primary stage.The best way to make the Chinese film industry and foreign capital win is to transfer the overseas production capital into the domestic film industry reasonably and effectively through the contract model.In the future, the transnational game in the field of global media culture is capital game in a sense. It is the meaning of Chinese film industry to develop in the cooperative game with foreign capital.In the face of the positive and negative effects and effects of the large-scale entry of foreign capital, the proposed regulations are as follows: to set up one main body and establish two systems, that is, to take the competitiveness of domestic film enterprises as the main concern all the time.For foreign capital to establish two regulatory systems of market regulation and administrative supervision.
