【摘要】：中部地區(qū)規(guī)模效率低下及資源投入嚴(yán)重不足是導(dǎo)致其文化產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合技術(shù)效率較低的主要原因。與綜合技術(shù)效率和規(guī)模效率相比,其較高的純技術(shù)效率反映了在資源配置中相關(guān)制度的運(yùn)行效率較高,能夠?qū)⑺渲玫挠邢拶Y源有效地轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際產(chǎn)出。中部地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)置的不合理、證券市場發(fā)展水平提高和教育水平提高是抑制文化產(chǎn)業(yè)資源配置效率提升的重要因素。中部地區(qū)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加大財(cái)政金融對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的支持力度,推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),大力發(fā)展高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè),不斷提升區(qū)域核心競爭力,吸引更多人才的流入,為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造有利的外部條件。
[Abstract]:The low scale efficiency and the serious shortage of resource investment in the central region are the main reasons for the low comprehensive technical efficiency of the cultural industry.Compared with the comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency, its high pure technical efficiency reflects the higher efficiency of the related system in the allocation of resources, which can effectively convert the limited resources allocated into actual output.The unreasonable setting of the industrial structure in the central region, the improvement of the development level of the securities market and the improvement of the education level are the important factors to restrain the promotion of the allocation efficiency of the cultural industry resources.The central region should further increase the financial and financial support for the cultural industry, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, vigorously develop high-tech industries and service industries, continuously enhance the core competitiveness of the region, and attract more talented people to enter the region.Create favorable external conditions for the development of cultural industry.
