【摘要】:文藝創(chuàng)作、文藝表演,都是以演出市場為載體。藝術表演以豐富的藝術內涵和多層次的審美價值為特色,是居民消費中喜聞樂見的娛樂形式之一,也成為文化產業(yè)中最具有創(chuàng)造價值的產業(yè)形態(tài)之一。我國文化體制改革全面展開,《文化產業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》的實施、十七屆六中全會中央對文化的討論、《“十二五”文化改革發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》的發(fā)布,以及在2012年《政府工作報告》中,溫家寶總理多次提到改革發(fā)展,在如此時代背景下,研究演出市場體制改革的問題有著積極的現(xiàn)實意義。 演出市場歷史悠久,對其管理制度的變遷經歷了建國后的國家計劃性統(tǒng)管再到文化體制改革的雙軌制的發(fā)展軌跡。在當時的歷史條件下,計劃性體制的確對演出市場的發(fā)展和有效管理起到了一定的積極作用。但是隨著經濟社會的發(fā)展,演出市場體制改革也面臨著許多改革的陣痛和問題需要解決。美國、英國及韓國對包括文藝演出在內的文化產業(yè)的管理模式為我國提供了很好的借鑒經驗。 根據(jù)馬克思的“藝術生產理論”;西方馬克思主義學者對“文化工業(yè)”的批判理論,運用文獻研究方法、案例調查方法、數(shù)據(jù)分析方法、比較研究方法,分析研究我國的演出市場體制改革中遇到的問題及對策。對演出幣場體制及其發(fā)展歷程進行梳理,在此基礎之上,指出當前演出市場體制改革取得的一些階段性實踐成果,但是也存在著一些問題,并就如何解決當前我國演出市場體制改革存在的.問題提出對策建議。特別是針對演出市場體制改革依然面臨的體制核心計劃性特點明顯;市場意識淡薄、市場運作乏力;演出經營不按市場要求發(fā)展;微觀問題嚴重等問題進行了重點原因分析,并提出要在宏觀上轉變體制核心計劃性;積極開拓市場、成為獨立的市場主體;實現(xiàn)產業(yè)化運作;微觀上完善投融資制度;規(guī)范演出票價;進一步培育、鼓勵、引導國民文化消費的對策,希冀對我國演出市場體制改革發(fā)展有所助益。
[Abstract]:Literary and artistic creation and literary performances are all based on the performance market. Art performances are characterized by rich artistic connotations and multi-level aesthetic values, and are one of the popular forms of entertainment among residents' consumption. It has also become one of the most creative industrial forms in the cultural industry. The reform of the cultural system in China has been carried out in an all-round way, and the implementation of the "Plan for the Revitalization of Cultural Industry", The discussion on culture at the sixth Plenary session of the 17 CPC Central Committee, the publication of the outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan for Cultural Reform and Development, and the 2012 "Government work report", in which Premier Wen Jiabao mentioned reform and development many times, and against this background of the times, It is of positive practical significance to study the reform of performance market system. The performance market has a long history, and the change of its management system has experienced the development of the dual track system after the founding of the people's Republic of China, and then to the reform of the cultural system. Under the historical conditions at that time, It is true that the planned system has played a positive role in the development and effective management of the performance market. But with the development of the economy and society, the reform of the performance market system is also facing many pains and problems that need to be solved. Britain and South Korea provide good experience for our country in the management mode of cultural industry including theatrical performances. According to Marx's "Theory of Art production" and Western Marxist scholars' critical theory of "cultural industry", the methods of literature research, case investigation, data analysis and comparative research are used. This paper analyzes and studies the problems and countermeasures encountered in the reform of the performance market system in China, combs the performance currency market system and its development process, and on this basis, points out some phased practical achievements of the current performance market system reform. But there are also some problems, and how to solve the current performance market system reform in China, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, especially in view of the performance market system reform is still facing the characteristics of the system core planning is obvious; The market consciousness is weak, the market operation is weak, the performance management does not develop according to the market requirements, the microcosmic problems are serious and so on, the key reasons are analyzed, and it is suggested that the core planning of the system should be changed in the macro level, and the market should be actively developed. To become an independent market subject; to realize the industrialization operation; to improve the investment and financing system microscopically; to standardize the performance ticket price; to further cultivate, encourage and guide the national cultural consumption, in the hope that it will be helpful to the reform and development of the performance market system in China.
