【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,文化與科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)相融合,促使文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?jié)摿χ饾u突顯出來。對于國際競爭而言,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種軟實力能夠促進(jìn)綜合國力和區(qū)域競爭力的提升；對于一個社會而言,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)能夠增強(qiáng)社會凝聚力,并且在轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)增長方式、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級和增加就業(yè)方面也發(fā)揮著重要的作用。山東省擁有豐富的文化資源,但是如何正確認(rèn)識到文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要作用,并充分利用這一資源更好地促進(jìn)山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,是需要我們認(rèn)真研究的課題。 本文首先明確了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念,認(rèn)定文化及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)是指為社會公眾提供文化產(chǎn)品和文化相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)活動的集合,并基于此概念將文化及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)分為文化制造業(yè)和文化服務(wù)業(yè)；然后從直接和間接兩個角度闡述了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的貢獻(xiàn),認(rèn)為文化產(chǎn)業(yè)能夠增加GDP、擴(kuò)大就業(yè)、提升人力資本、提高勞動生產(chǎn)率、優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)制度以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)。 為了使本文的理論闡述更有說服力,本文嘗試從實證的角度來論證。首先,從產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)的角度,運(yùn)用投入產(chǎn)出法,通過對相關(guān)指標(biāo)的計算,從文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的依存度、關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)、波及效應(yīng)以及生產(chǎn)誘發(fā)作用四個方面分析了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)對山東省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用。結(jié)果表明,山東省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)與許多產(chǎn)業(yè)存在著密切的前向或者后向的投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)系,并且相比于地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)對文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的帶動作用,其對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的助推作用更為顯著。其次,從時間序列的角度,本文運(yùn)用協(xié)整檢驗、格蘭杰因果檢驗、脈沖響應(yīng)分析研究了山東省地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的關(guān)系,最終的結(jié)果顯示,山東省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)投資對GDP具有一定的正向促進(jìn)作用,且有一定持久性,但是貢獻(xiàn)還很有限,說明山東省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展還有很大的上升空間。 最后,在上述研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文就制定文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃、充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)、著重提高文化產(chǎn)業(yè)消費(fèi)、進(jìn)口、投資以及加強(qiáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)等方面有針對性的提出了若干建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the accelerating process of economic globalization, the integration of culture, science and technology and economy has made the development potential of cultural industry increasingly prominent. As a kind of soft power, cultural industry can promote the promotion of comprehensive national strength and regional competitiveness. For a society, cultural industry can enhance social cohesion and change the mode of economic growth. Promoting industrial upgrading and increasing employment also play an important role. Shandong Province has abundant cultural resources, but how to correctly recognize the important role of cultural industries in regional economic development, And make full use of this resource to promote the economic development of Shandong Province, which needs our careful study. In this paper, the concept of cultural industry is defined as a collection of production activities that provide cultural products and culture-related products to the public. Based on this concept, culture and related industries are divided into cultural manufacturing industry and cultural service industry, and then the contribution of cultural industry to national economy is expounded from both direct and indirect angles, and it is concluded that cultural industry can increase GDPs and expand employment. Improve human capital, improve labor productivity, optimize economic system and industrial structure, and enhance industrial linkages. In order to make the theoretical exposition of this paper more convincing, this paper tries to prove from the perspective of demonstration. Firstly, from the angle of industrial association, using input-output method, through the calculation of relevant indicators, from the cultural industry dependence, relevance effect. The effects of cultural industry on the economic development of Shandong Province are analyzed from four aspects: the ripple effect and the production inducement. The results show that there are close forward or backward input-output relationships between cultural industry and many industries in Shandong Province. And compared with the regional economy to the cultural industry, its role in promoting the regional economy is more significant. Secondly, from the point of view of time series, this paper uses co-integration test, Granger causality test, The relationship between GDP and cultural industry investment in Shandong Province is studied by impulse response analysis. The final results show that Shandong cultural industry investment has a certain positive effect on GDP, and has a certain persistence, but the contribution is very limited. It shows that the development of cultural industry in Shandong Province still has a lot of room to rise. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper formulates the cultural industry development plan, fully exerts the industry correlation effect, emphatically enhances the cultural industry consumption, imports, Some suggestions are put forward in the aspects of investment and strengthening the cultivation of professionals in cultural industry.
