【摘要】：正為了深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記《在文藝工作座談會(huì)上的講話(huà)》重要精神,從2015年底到2016年初,中國(guó)美協(xié)組織了系列"送歡樂(lè)下基層"活動(dòng),組織美術(shù)家走進(jìn)貴州鎮(zhèn)寧、湖南湘西老區(qū)、甘肅隴西,把藝術(shù)送到鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)小學(xué)、村寨,輔導(dǎo)基層美術(shù)家,幫助學(xué)校開(kāi)設(shè)美術(shù)課程,走訪(fǎng)村寨鄉(xiāng)民,深入革命老區(qū),把美術(shù)送到鄉(xiāng)村、送給基層百姓。同時(shí),在活動(dòng)過(guò)程中,美術(shù)家也得到了深入人民群眾生活的寶貴機(jī)會(huì),從第一線(xiàn)的生活中、從基層人
