【摘要】：在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制建立的新時(shí)期,歌舞劇院走到了體制機(jī)制改革的關(guān)口。河南歌舞劇院的改革路徑在眾多歌舞劇院的改革中具有一定的代表性。經(jīng)過一系列體制以及機(jī)制改革,河南歌舞劇院建立了現(xiàn)代企業(yè)文化體制和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈框架,同時(shí)構(gòu)建了與政府的更為和諧的關(guān)系。然而,它仍然在作品內(nèi)容、傳播、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營等方面存在著一些不足。建議當(dāng)?shù)卣c河南省歌舞劇院共同在劇院運(yùn)營、人才培養(yǎng)、內(nèi)容管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈構(gòu)建等方面進(jìn)行努力,使劇院得以更好地發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the new period of the establishment of market economy system. Song and dance theatre has reached the threshold of system and mechanism reform. The reform path of Henan song and dance theatre has a certain representativeness in the reform of many song and dance theatres. After a series of system and mechanism reform. Henan Opera House has established the modern enterprise culture system and the cultural industry chain frame, at the same time has constructed the more harmonious relation with the government. However, it is still in the work content, the dissemination. There are some shortcomings in the operation of cultural industry. It is suggested that the local government and Henan Province Opera and Dance Theatre work together in theatre operation, talent training, content management, industry chain construction and so on. Enable the theatre to develop better.

【正文快照】： 自建國初期始,多年以來,歌舞劇院擔(dān)負(fù)著弘揚(yáng)先進(jìn)文化,陶冶人民情操,建設(shè)社會主義精神文明的重任。然而,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和文化多元化的發(fā)展,歌舞藝術(shù)表演逐漸被其他藝術(shù)形式擠壓至邊緣地帶。在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)春風(fēng)吹進(jìn)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的新時(shí)期,國有藝術(shù)院團(tuán)也走到了體制機(jī)制改革的關(guān)口。
