【摘要】：為鞏固自身的合法性地位,緩解因過(guò)度忽視城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展失衡所造成的民間對(duì)抗力量,臺(tái)灣當(dāng)局通過(guò)凸顯"文化產(chǎn)業(yè)"的"地方性"作為解決社會(huì)問(wèn)題的切入點(diǎn)。臺(tái)灣地方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策始于20世紀(jì)70年代,其制定與變遷根據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)需要呈現(xiàn)出三個(gè)重要轉(zhuǎn)向:從"政府"主導(dǎo)轉(zhuǎn)向地方"自治化";從"各自為政"轉(zhuǎn)向建立行政配合機(jī)制;從硬件設(shè)施建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)向全民動(dòng)員。從文化政治學(xué)角度解析地方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的變遷不僅有利于更深刻地理解臺(tái)灣地方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在特定語(yǔ)境中所扮演的文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)與政治角色,同時(shí)也可以為推動(dòng)大陸地方文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:In order to consolidate their legitimacy status, alleviate the excessive neglect of urban and rural development imbalance caused by the folk confrontation. By highlighting the "local" of "cultural industry" as the entry point to solve social problems, Taiwan's local cultural industry policy began in 1970s. Its establishment and change show three important turns according to the need of realization: from "government" leading to local "autonomy"; From "separate administration" to the establishment of administrative coordination mechanism; From the point of view of cultural politics, analyzing the changes of local cultural industrial policies is not only conducive to a deeper understanding of the culture played by the local cultural industry in the specific context in Taiwan. The role of economy and politics can also provide experience and lessons for promoting the development of local cultural industry in mainland China.
