【摘要】：制造業(yè)作為國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)和實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化的必備條件，標(biāo)志著國(guó)家國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱。在經(jīng)過30多年的改革開放之后，我國(guó)已經(jīng)成為工業(yè)大國(guó)，但尚未徹底完成工業(yè)化過程。因此，要想成為工業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)，制造業(yè)的持續(xù)和健康快速發(fā)展至關(guān)重要，而這又直接涉及到制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。出口和外資作為我國(guó)開放經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要方面，是企業(yè)廣泛參與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的必然選擇，兩者相互作用，又滲透到制造業(yè)各個(gè)行業(yè)之中，在這一過程當(dāng)中必然有重要影響。因此，討論制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的問題，必須考慮到出口和外資的影響。 本文通過對(duì)中國(guó)近幾年的制造業(yè)出口和外資利用情況的現(xiàn)狀描述，以及闡述制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)涵，旨在分析出口和外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的作用機(jī)制，并實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)兩者影響的性質(zhì)和程度。通過對(duì)多個(gè)年份不同行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的研究，，驗(yàn)證制造業(yè)外資和工業(yè)制成品出口對(duì)資本和技術(shù)密集型行業(yè)產(chǎn)值比重的影響。實(shí)證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)出口對(duì)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型起到了積極作用，而外資的作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:As a strategic industry of a country and a necessary condition for industrialization, manufacturing industry symbolizes the strength of national international competitiveness. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has become a major industrial country, but has not yet completed the industrialization process. Therefore, to become an industrial power, the sustained and healthy rapid development of manufacturing industry is crucial, which directly relates to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing structure. As an important aspect of China's open economy, export and foreign investment are the inevitable choice for enterprises to participate in the international market extensively. They interact with each other and penetrate into various industries of manufacturing industry, which will inevitably have an important influence in this process. Therefore, the impact of export and foreign investment must be taken into account when discussing the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. This paper describes the current situation of China's manufacturing exports and foreign capital utilization in recent years, and expounds the connotation of the structural transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the mechanism of export and foreign direct investment (FDI) on the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industrial structure, and to empirically test the nature and extent of their influences. Based on the data of different industries in different years, this paper verifies the influence of foreign capital and export of manufactured goods on the proportion of capital and technology-intensive industries. The empirical results show that export plays a positive role in the transformation of manufacturing industry structure, but foreign capital has no significant effect.
