【摘要】：面對(duì)日趨復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,我國(guó)銀行業(yè)日益認(rèn)識(shí)到業(yè)務(wù)流程再造對(duì)提高銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要作用,各商業(yè)銀行將業(yè)務(wù)流程再造提升到戰(zhàn)略層面,紛紛開始以客戶為核心理念,以產(chǎn)品為載體,以科技為支撐的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造。中國(guó)銀行甘肅省分行在實(shí)施個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的過程中,受到管理能力、技術(shù)能力、人員意識(shí)等諸多種因素影響,業(yè)務(wù)流程再造效果并不顯著。 本文以中國(guó)銀行甘肅省分行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造為研究對(duì)象,分三部分進(jìn)行研究分析。第一部分是基于業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論和中行貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程的基本概念,運(yùn)用比較分析方法,從資源投入、流程設(shè)置、組織管理方面對(duì)中行貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程狀況進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)甘肅中行個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的問題。第二部分是運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程再造理論、金融創(chuàng)新理論,以提高效率,增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為目的,對(duì)個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)流程整合方案設(shè)計(jì),建立個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程模型和六西格瑪流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并確定業(yè)務(wù)流程實(shí)施和評(píng)估的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程的規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,提高業(yè)務(wù)流程的產(chǎn)出效率。第三部分結(jié)合問題分析和設(shè)計(jì)的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造方案,提出中國(guó)銀行甘肅省分行業(yè)務(wù)流程再造實(shí)施的具體策略。 本文旨在通過以上研究,分析和解決中國(guó)銀行的個(gè)人貸款業(yè)務(wù)流程存在的問題,利用科學(xué)的管理方法指導(dǎo)和調(diào)整現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行重新組合,增強(qiáng)中國(guó)銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly complex economic environment, the banking industry of our country is increasingly aware of the important role of business process reengineering (BPR) in improving the core competitiveness of banks. Each commercial bank promotes BPR to the strategic level and begins to take the customer as the core concept one after another. Take the product as the carrier, take the science and technology as the support business process reengineering. During the process of implementing personal loan business process reengineering, Bank of China Gansu Branch is influenced by many factors, such as management ability, technical ability, personnel consciousness and so on, so the effect of business process reengineering is not remarkable. In this paper, the Bank of China Gansu Branch Business process Reengineering as the research object, divided into three parts of research and analysis. The first part is based on the theory of BPR and the basic concept of BOC loan business process, using comparative analysis method, from the aspects of resource input, process setting, organization management to analyze the BOC loan business process status. Found in the Bank of Gansu personal loan business process problems. The second part is the application of business process reengineering theory, financial innovation theory, in order to improve efficiency, enhance market competitiveness for the purpose of personal loan business processes business process integration project design. The establishment of personal loan business process model and six Sigma process standards and the establishment of business process implementation and evaluation methods to achieve the standardization and standardization of the loan business process and improve the productivity of the business process. In the third part, combined with the problem analysis and the design of business process reengineering scheme, the paper puts forward the concrete strategy of the implementation of business process reengineering of Bank of China Gansu Branch. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and solve the problems existing in the personal loan business process of Bank of China through the above research, to use scientific management methods to guide and adjust the existing business process to recombine, and to enhance the competitiveness of the business process of the Bank of China.
