【摘要】：正2017年以來(lái),貨幣政策由穩(wěn)健轉(zhuǎn)向穩(wěn)健中性,流動(dòng)性相對(duì)收緊趨勢(shì)深化,市場(chǎng)資金成本逐步提升,形成了企業(yè)發(fā)行債券利率高于貸款利率的倒掛現(xiàn)象,債券市場(chǎng)持續(xù)呈現(xiàn)高利率、凈兌付格局,同時(shí)融資需求向貸款轉(zhuǎn)移,社會(huì)融資結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生顯著變化。利率倒掛的基本表現(xiàn)從2016年12月起,企業(yè)信用債發(fā)行利率呈上行趨勢(shì),當(dāng)月非金融企業(yè)及其他部門貸款加權(quán)平均利率為5.27%,同期企
[Abstract]:Since the 2017, the monetary policy has shifted from robust to steady neutrality, the trend of liquidity relative tightening is deepened, and the cost of market funds has gradually increased, forming the upside down phenomenon of the interest rate of the enterprise issuing bonds higher than the loan interest rate. The bond market continues to show high interest rate, the net payment pattern, the transfer of financing demand to the loan, and the social financing structure. The basic performance of the interest rate upside down has been from December 2016. The interest rate of the enterprise credit is on the upward trend. The weighted average interest rate of non financial enterprises and other departments in the same month is 5.27%.
