利率市場(chǎng)化下中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:作為社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,我們目前的頭等大事就是發(fā)展,這是作為第一要?jiǎng)?wù)必須要完成好的硬性指標(biāo)。不可否認(rèn),在改革開放的東風(fēng)下,我們迎來了成績(jī)卓越的三十年輝煌,我國(guó)的各項(xiàng)事業(yè)發(fā)展也被注入了新的生機(jī)和活力。我國(guó)自1995年提出了利率市場(chǎng)化的改革思路,經(jīng)過了二十多年的探索和實(shí)踐,我國(guó)在利率市場(chǎng)化的改革中已取得了良好的成績(jī)。中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行作為四大國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行之一在資產(chǎn)、存款以及貸款等方面處于強(qiáng)勢(shì)地位。在這樣的現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境下,只有正確預(yù)測(cè)評(píng)估所面臨的局勢(shì)和情況,才能抓住時(shí)機(jī),精準(zhǔn)發(fā)力,提供更多樣化的高品質(zhì)銀行業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)。其次,個(gè)性的產(chǎn)品特性是在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的核心能力,是在產(chǎn)業(yè)化的業(yè)務(wù)水平中贏得先機(jī)的根本保證,所以必須要加以足夠的重視和關(guān)注。再次,清楚地了解國(guó)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)走向,并根據(jù)自身優(yōu)勢(shì),量身打造出精品特色,才是求新求變的必由之路。這一切都使我們更加清楚地認(rèn)識(shí)到,銀行管理和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)估面臨著更多的危險(xiǎn)和機(jī)遇,而如何找到自身發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,則成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)十分關(guān)注的課題。只有把銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)決策進(jìn)行科學(xué)化管理,使資源在社會(huì)化大生產(chǎn)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化配置,才能在現(xiàn)在不進(jìn)則退的殘酷現(xiàn)實(shí)下,先發(fā)制人。只有主動(dòng)謀求合作機(jī)會(huì),準(zhǔn)確定位用戶的需求,把實(shí)踐和理論緊密結(jié)合,傳統(tǒng)和現(xiàn)代融和一體,才能打造出個(gè)性化的戰(zhàn)略布局和銀行金融產(chǎn)品,從而在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。本論文選取利率市場(chǎng)化下的利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)作為研究?jī)?nèi)容,研究對(duì)象選取的是中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行,首先,介紹論文的研究背景與研究意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外近期的研究現(xiàn)狀及評(píng)述,研究思路與論文框架。其次,界定利率的市場(chǎng)化和規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn),總結(jié)進(jìn)程中的規(guī)律和表現(xiàn),通過比較以期進(jìn)行國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,從利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)、利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的衡量和管理方法等方面明確本文的理論基礎(chǔ)。再次,對(duì)利率市場(chǎng)化下中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)變化進(jìn)行分析,并分析中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題和中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)動(dòng)因。然后,對(duì)中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范提出針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)意見。完善立法,利用法律道德等多種渠道解決市場(chǎng)交易中出現(xiàn)的爭(zhēng)端問題。根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中流程四個(gè)步驟即利率預(yù)測(cè)、利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和度量、利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)處理等方面對(duì)中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行的利率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理提出建議。最后是對(duì)本篇的觀點(diǎn)總結(jié)和想法預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:As a socialist developing country, our current top priority is development, a hard target that must be fulfilled as a first priority. Undeniably, under the east wind of reform and opening up, we have ushered in three decades of brilliant achievements, and the development of various undertakings in our country has also been injected with new vitality and vitality. Our country has put forward the reform idea of interest rate marketization since 1995. After more than 20 years of exploration and practice, our country has made good achievements in the reform of interest rate marketization. As one of the four state-owned commercial banks, China Construction Bank (CCB) is in a strong position in assets, deposits and loans. In such a realistic environment, only by correctly predicting and evaluating the situation and situation will we be able to seize the opportunity, make accurate efforts and provide more diversified and high-quality banking services. Secondly, the product characteristic of personality is the core ability in the competition and the fundamental guarantee to win the first chance in the business level of industrialization, so we must pay enough attention to it. Thirdly, it is the only way to find out the trend of domestic market clearly, and according to its own advantages, to create the characteristic of fine products. All of these make us realize clearly that bank management and risk estimation are facing more risks and opportunities, and how to find opportunities for their own development has become a topic of great concern in today's society. Only by scientifically managing the management decision of the bank and optimizing the allocation of resources in the socialized production can we strike first in the cruel reality of not advancing or retreating. Only by actively seeking opportunities for cooperation, accurately positioning the needs of users, closely combining practice and theory, and integrating tradition and modern, can we create a personalized strategic layout and banking financial products. Thus in the fierce market competition in an invincible position. This thesis selects interest rate risk under the interest rate marketization as the research content, and the research object is China Construction Bank. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance of the paper, the recent research situation and comments at home and abroad. Research ideas and the framework of the paper. Secondly, define the marketization of interest rate and avoid risk, sum up the law and performance in the process, through the comparison in order to carry on the international experience to draw lessons, from the interest rate risk forecast, The measurement and management methods of interest rate risk are the theoretical basis of this paper. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the change of interest rate risk of China Construction Bank under the interest rate marketization, and analyzes the current situation and problems of interest rate risk management of China Construction Bank and the risk drivers of China Construction Bank rate. Then, to China Construction Bank interest rate risk prevention put forward targeted guidance. Improve legislation and use legal and moral channels to solve disputes in market transactions. According to the four steps of risk management, that is, interest rate prediction, interest rate risk identification and measurement, and interest rate risk management, this paper puts forward some suggestions on interest rate risk management of China Construction Bank. The last part is the conclusion and expectation of this article.
