【摘要】：巴西作為“金磚五國(guó)”之一,位于南美洲東部和中部,東臨大西洋。領(lǐng)土面積排世界第五,是拉丁美洲最大的國(guó)家。巴西工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚,同時(shí)也是農(nóng)牧業(yè)大國(guó)之一,許多工農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品不僅在南美位居第一,在世界都名列前茅。是拉美地區(qū)的最大經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng),同時(shí)也是世界第六大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,是外國(guó)投資者的焦點(diǎn)。在近幾年,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,各個(gè)國(guó)家都逐漸融入了世界發(fā)展進(jìn)程中,巴西的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也加快步伐,巴西利用自身有利資源條件,積極與它國(guó)合作,更是吸引其他國(guó)家投資巴西。中國(guó)作為巴西的長(zhǎng)期的合作伙伴,與巴西的合作也是進(jìn)一步加深,到到2012年提升為全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系,到15年中巴全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系進(jìn)入“升級(jí)”的新階段。經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、商業(yè)、技術(shù)、科技、軍事等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中中國(guó)和巴西也是不斷加深對(duì)彼此的交流、學(xué)習(xí)、合作。同時(shí),巴西巨大的市場(chǎng)潛力和投資空間也引起了中國(guó)企業(yè)的高度重視。因此,對(duì)巴西投資環(huán)境的研究不僅能促進(jìn)兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而且對(duì)中國(guó)在拉美地區(qū)的投資也提供了參考價(jià)值。本文以地理科學(xué)、投資環(huán)境、世界經(jīng)貿(mào)地理的相關(guān)理論為立足點(diǎn),采用了文獻(xiàn)法、地圖法、圖表法、層次分析法、定向與定量結(jié)合法、系統(tǒng)分析法等,對(duì)巴西的區(qū)域概況、投資軟硬環(huán)境及評(píng)價(jià)、中巴貿(mào)易及對(duì)巴西投資現(xiàn)狀、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行分析,從而加強(qiáng)優(yōu)勢(shì)領(lǐng)域的投資,發(fā)掘中國(guó)在巴西的投資潛力市場(chǎng)及投資前景。本文共分為五個(gè)部分,第一個(gè)部分論述研究的目的意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的巴西投資環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀,以及對(duì)巴西投資環(huán)境研究的內(nèi)容及所需要的理論基礎(chǔ)和方法;第二部分主要是分析具體分析了巴西的區(qū)域概況,巴西的軟硬投資環(huán)境,從而整體評(píng)價(jià)巴西的投資環(huán)境。第三部分先是分析了外國(guó)赴巴西投資的概況、然后具體分析了中國(guó)與巴西投資經(jīng)貿(mào)現(xiàn)狀和中國(guó)投資巴西的現(xiàn)狀,投資的動(dòng)因及條件。第四部分分析了中國(guó)赴巴西投資機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),以及相應(yīng)的政策方針,找出中國(guó)投資巴西的優(yōu)勢(shì)領(lǐng)域。第五部分是對(duì)全文做出了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:As one of the BRICS countries, Brazil is located in eastern and central South America and east of the Atlantic Ocean. The territory ranks fifth in the world and is the largest country in Latin America. Brazil has a strong industrial base and is also one of the largest agricultural and agricultural countries. Many industrial and agricultural products not only rank first in South America, but also in the world. It is the largest economic market in Latin America and the sixth largest in the world, and is the focus of foreign investors. In recent years, with the development of global economic integration, various countries have gradually integrated into the process of world development, and Brazil's economic development has also accelerated. Brazil has taken advantage of its own favorable resources to actively cooperate with other countries. It also attracts other countries to invest in Brazil. As a long-term partner of Brazil, China's cooperation with Brazil has also deepened further, and has been upgraded to a comprehensive strategic partnership by 2012 and a new phase of "upgrading" by the 15-year comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Brazil. Economic, cultural, commercial, technological, military and other fields China and Brazil are also constantly deepening exchanges, learning, cooperation. At the same time, Brazil's huge market potential and investment space has also attracted great attention from Chinese enterprises. Therefore, the study of Brazil's investment environment can not only promote the economic development of the two countries, but also provide reference value for China's investment in Latin America. Based on the relevant theories of geography science, investment environment, world economy and trade geography, this paper adopts the literature method, map method, chart method, analytic hierarchy process, directional and quantitative combination method, system analysis method and so on. Investment environment and evaluation, China-Brazil trade and analysis of the current situation, opportunities and challenges of investment in Brazil, so as to strengthen investment in the superior areas, explore China's investment potential in Brazil market and investment prospects. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part discusses the significance of the purpose of the study, the current situation of the investment environment in Brazil, and the content of the research on the Brazilian investment environment, as well as the theoretical basis and methods needed; The second part mainly analyzes the regional situation of Brazil, Brazil's soft and hard investment environment, so that the overall evaluation of Brazil's investment environment. The third part first analyzes the general situation of foreign investment in Brazil, and then analyzes the current situation of Chinese and Brazilian investment in economy and trade, the current situation of China's investment in Brazil, the reasons and conditions of investment. The fourth part analyzes the opportunities and challenges of China's investment in Brazil, as well as the corresponding policies and policies to find out the advantages of China's investment in Brazil. The fifth part is a summary of the full text.
