【摘要】：2015年下半年以來(lái),場(chǎng)外配資借助相關(guān)技術(shù)系統(tǒng)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)形成在線股票配資這一創(chuàng)新的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式,并推動(dòng)了股票市場(chǎng)短時(shí)期內(nèi)的暴漲暴跌。最終,為防范股票市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)散到金融體系以及實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì),監(jiān)管層對(duì)場(chǎng)外配資進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)力清理。但是隨著2016年下半年股票市場(chǎng)復(fù)蘇而卷土重來(lái)的場(chǎng)外配資則再次警醒監(jiān)管層與市場(chǎng),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并未遠(yuǎn)離。本文試圖從場(chǎng)外配資的產(chǎn)生發(fā)展及其與網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)系等角度探討場(chǎng)外配資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),然后提出場(chǎng)外配資的規(guī)范與監(jiān)管的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In the second half of 2015, over the second half of 2015, the over-the-counter funding has developed an innovative Internet financial model with the help of related technical systems and the Internet, and has promoted a short and steep fall in the short period of the stock market. In the end, in order to prevent the risk of the stock market from spreading to the financial system and the real economy, the regulatory layer has carried out a strong power over the field. But with the resurgence of the stock market in the second half of 2016, the over-the-counter assets that have come back to the market, the risk is not far away. This paper tries to explore the risk of out of the field allocation from the perspective of the production and development of the over-the-counter allocation of capital and its connection with the network system and the technical system. Some suggestions on the management.
