【摘要】:目前,各國(guó)銀行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)已開始出現(xiàn)了由公司化向零售化轉(zhuǎn)變的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。近幾年,我國(guó)多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行也相繼對(duì)信貸業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,并制定了一系列零售戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃。事實(shí)上,國(guó)外銀行在發(fā)展個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)遇到了一定的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),如美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)。因此,對(duì)個(gè)人信貸管理及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控展開深入的研究極具價(jià)值。 本文聯(lián)系作者工作單位實(shí)際,在對(duì)個(gè)人信貸管理相關(guān)概念、理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)及管理現(xiàn)狀,,在其基礎(chǔ)上,參閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料揭示吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理存在的主要問(wèn)題并提出加強(qiáng)吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理的對(duì)策建議。 本文首先,闡釋銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的主要特征和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),對(duì)個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)的定義、特點(diǎn)、存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了概述;其次,概述吉林銀行整體發(fā)展情況并對(duì)吉林銀行近三年個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)情況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析,其中從產(chǎn)品服務(wù)對(duì)象、主要業(yè)務(wù)品種及特點(diǎn)、業(yè)務(wù)開展特點(diǎn)等角度進(jìn)行全方位剖析;最后,通過(guò)吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀分析指出當(dāng)前吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理中存在的主要問(wèn)題,并在前面理論支撐的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題從管理制度、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制、管理流程、品牌建設(shè)、隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、貸后管理等方面給出了相應(yīng)的完善對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理工作有參考指導(dǎo)性作用,促進(jìn)吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)更快、更好的發(fā)展。促使吉林銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力大幅提高,以應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境變化,提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。對(duì)各方面資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化與整合,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時(shí),有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,盡快達(dá)到戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法和案例分析法相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)吉林銀行個(gè)人信貸業(yè)務(wù)管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究。在學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的管理理念和管理架構(gòu)的過(guò)程中,結(jié)合吉林銀行實(shí)際,從把握風(fēng)險(xiǎn)實(shí)質(zhì)的角度進(jìn)行吸收利用。重點(diǎn)處理好業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的關(guān)系,既不因?yàn)閺?qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)展而忽視了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范,也不因?yàn)檫^(guò)于強(qiáng)調(diào)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)而阻礙了業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,不因?yàn)槭袌?chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的壓力而放松風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與合規(guī)的基本要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the banking business structure of various countries has begun to change from corporatization to retail. In recent years, most commercial banks in our country have also adjusted the credit business structure one after another, and formulated a series of retail strategic development plans. In fact, foreign banks have encountered certain risks in developing personal credit business, such as the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States. Therefore, the personal credit management and risk prevention and control to carry out in-depth research is of great value. On the basis of the relevant concepts and theoretical analysis of personal credit management, this paper analyzes the present situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business and management, on the basis of the actual situation of the author's work unit. Referring to a large number of documents to reveal the main problems existing in the management of personal credit business of Jilin Bank, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of personal credit business of Jilin Bank. First of all, this paper explains the main characteristics and risks of personal credit business of banks, summarizes the definition, characteristics, existing risks and relevant theoretical knowledge of personal credit business. This paper summarizes the overall development of Jilin Bank and makes a detailed analysis of the situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business in the past three years, in which the overall analysis is carried out from the aspects of product and service object, main business types and characteristics, business development characteristics and so on. Finally, Through the analysis of the present situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business management, this paper points out the main problems existing in Jilin Bank's personal credit business management, and on the basis of the previous theoretical support, aiming at the existing problems, from the management system, risk control, The management process, brand construction, team building, loan management and so on are put forward in order to provide reference and guidance for Jilin Bank personal credit business management, and promote Jilin Bank personal credit business to be faster. Better development. In order to cope with the change of market environment and improve market competitiveness, Jilin Bank's risk management ability has been greatly improved. Optimize and integrate all aspects of resources to achieve sustainable development. At the same time, contribute to the realization of strategic transformation, as soon as possible to achieve strategic objectives. In this paper, the author uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis to deeply study the management of Jilin Bank's personal credit business. In the process of learning advanced management concept and management framework, combining with the actual situation of Jilin Bank, we can absorb and utilize it from the angle of grasping the essence of risk. We should focus on the relationship between business development and risk control. We do not neglect risk prevention because we emphasize development, nor do we hinder business development by placing too much emphasis on risk. Do not relax the basic requirements of risk and compliance because of the pressure of market competition.
