【摘要】：中小企業(yè)私募債是在我國金融體制改革進入新的關(guān)鍵時期,中央政府提出堅持“金融服務實體經(jīng)濟”的本質(zhì)要求,牢固把握發(fā)展實體經(jīng)濟這一堅實基礎(chǔ),從多方面入手,引導資金投向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟,有效解決實體經(jīng)濟融資難、融資貴的問題,堅決抑制社會資本“脫實向虛”,防止虛擬經(jīng)濟過度自我循環(huán)和惡性膨脹,防止出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)空心化現(xiàn)象這一背景下推出的金融創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品。中小企業(yè)在實體經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展過程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用,政府對于廣大中小企業(yè)融資困難的關(guān)注,為中小企業(yè)私募債的順利推出做了良好的政策及輿論鋪墊。H公司同其他中小企業(yè)一樣尚未建立起外部市場融資體系,基本是內(nèi)部融資,自我滾雪球式發(fā)展,致使企業(yè)很難形成規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。特別是近年來,H公司面臨的資金矛盾越來越突出,有項目、有盈利但由于難以籌措到必需的資金而不能最大規(guī)模地發(fā)揮其能力,這已經(jīng)成為制約H公司發(fā)展的重要瓶頸。而中小企業(yè)私募債的推出為H公司帶來新的融資渠道。本文以H公司為例,對中小企業(yè)私募債這一創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品進行深入分析,并總結(jié)發(fā)展中小企業(yè)私募債的建議,以期給中小企業(yè)私募債業(yè)務的發(fā)展和中小企業(yè)的融資提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:The private debt of small and medium-sized enterprises is entering a new critical period in the reform of our financial system. The central government puts forward to insist on the essential requirement of "real economy of financial service", firmly grasp the solid foundation of developing the real economy, and start with many aspects. To guide funds to the real economy, effectively solve the problem of difficult financing and expensive financing in the real economy, resolutely restrain social capital from "unrealising to virtual reality", and prevent excessive self-circulation and malignant expansion of the virtual economy. To prevent the emergence of industrial hollowing under the background of the introduction of innovative financial products. Small and medium-sized enterprises play an irreplaceable role in the development of the real economy. The government pays close attention to the financing difficulties of the small and medium-sized enterprises. For the smooth introduction of private equity debt for small and medium-sized enterprises to do a good policy and public opinion. H company, like other small and medium-sized enterprises, has not yet established an external market financing system, basically internal financing, self-snowball development, As a result, it is difficult for enterprises to form scale production. Especially in recent years, the contradiction of capital faced by H Company has become more and more prominent, there are projects, there are profits, but because it is difficult to raise the necessary funds, it can not give full play to its ability, which has become an important bottleneck restricting the development of H Company. The introduction of small and medium-sized private equity debt for H company to bring new financing channels. Taking H Company as an example, this paper makes a deep analysis of private equity debt of small and medium-sized enterprises as an innovative product, and summarizes the suggestions for the development of private equity debt of small and medium-sized enterprises, with a view to providing certain reference for the development of private equity debt business of small and medium-sized enterprises and the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.
