【摘要】：越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革開(kāi)放到現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)超過(guò)20年了，在該20年中，經(jīng)濟(jì)獲得許多成就，尤其是外商直接投資經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的貢獻(xiàn)。1987年，越南政府正式頒行鼓勵(lì)外商投資法律，，目前在全社會(huì)投資資本中，外商直接投資經(jīng)常占30%比重。外商直接投資企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值的增長(zhǎng)有大貢獻(xiàn)，創(chuàng)造約40%工業(yè)敞亮價(jià)值，外商直接投資區(qū)的出口金額快速增加，現(xiàn)在占60%全國(guó)的總出口金額。此外，外商直接投資有重要的貢獻(xiàn)形成許多新的經(jīng)濟(jì)行業(yè)，創(chuàng)造就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)，轉(zhuǎn)變?cè)侥辖?jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)，越來(lái)越現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)化，推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此，越南應(yīng)該給出一些明顯具體吸引各國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資的政策。 2009年，在外商方面中國(guó)已經(jīng)超過(guò)了德國(guó)，占世界第二名。2010年，中國(guó)成為了世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體�，F(xiàn)在，中國(guó)對(duì)外投資占世界第五名。到2020年，在投資方面中國(guó)很可能是全球領(lǐng)先。中國(guó)對(duì)亞洲中國(guó)有重要的，巨大的影響。越南作為中國(guó)的鄰居，不但地理是非常接近的，而且中越之間還有數(shù)不清相同的地方：都是從舊中央集權(quán)的官僚機(jī)制變換到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)制，都是堅(jiān)持定向社會(huì)主義國(guó)家，以及歷史，文化，社會(huì)等都有相同的地方。在這些便利條件下，中越經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系尤其是投資關(guān)系應(yīng)該神速發(fā)展，獲取巨大成效。但是，中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資活動(dòng)到現(xiàn)在不相應(yīng)于雙方的潛能，存在需要解決的一些問(wèn)題。 本論文主要研究中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資的成效和一些存在問(wèn)題，通過(guò)參考國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀闡述中國(guó)對(duì)外投資“走出去”活動(dòng)的理論與實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)。運(yùn)用各種研究方法針對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資具體情況進(jìn)行分析。本論文研究中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資的積極成效以及消極影響。提出這些存在問(wèn)題同時(shí)分析原因，進(jìn)行中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資SWOT分析，預(yù)測(cè)中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資未來(lái)的前景。最后提出一些解決對(duì)策以促進(jìn)中越兩國(guó)之間投資關(guān)系和中國(guó)對(duì)越南直接投資。
[Abstract]:The economic reform and opening up of Vietnam has been more than 20 years ago. In the 20 years, the economy has achieved many achievements, especially the contribution of Foreign Direct Investment Economic Zone in.1987. The Vietnamese government formally enacted the law of encouraging foreign investment. At present, foreign direct investment often accounts for 30% of the investment capital of the whole society. The growth of gross domestic product has contributed greatly to the creation of about 40% industrial value. The export amount of the foreign direct investment zone is increasing rapidly and now accounts for the total export amount of the 60% country. In addition, the foreign direct investment has important contribution to form many new economic industries, create employment opportunities, transform the economic structure of Vietnam, and become more and more modern industry. Therefore, Vietnam should give some specific policies to attract foreign direct investment from Vietnam.
In 2009, China had surpassed Germany in foreign countries, accounted for second.2010 years in the world, China became the second largest economy in the world. Now, China has fifth of the world's foreign investment. By 2020, China is likely to be a global leader in investment. China has an important and huge impact on Asia. Vietnam is a Chinese neighbor, Not only is geography very close, but there are still countless similarities between China and Vietnam: it is the transformation of the bureaucratic mechanism from the old centralization to the market economic mechanism, all of which have the same place to adhere to the orienting socialist country, as well as history, culture and society. Under these conditions, the Sino Vietnamese economic relations are especially the investment customs. However, there are some problems to be solved in China's direct investment in Vietnam, which is not corresponding to the potential of both sides.
This paper mainly studies the effectiveness and some existing problems of China's direct investment in Vietnam. By referring to the current situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the theoretical and practical basis of the "going out" of China's foreign investment, and uses various research methods to analyze the specific situation of China's direct investment in Vietnam. The positive and negative effects of investment are put forward, and the reasons are put forward. The SWOT analysis of China's direct investment in Vietnam is carried out to predict the future prospects of China's direct investment in Vietnam. Finally, some solutions are put forward to promote the investment relations between China and Vietnam and the direct investment in Vietnam between China and Vietnam.
