【摘要】：住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化是住宅建設(shè)發(fā)展的必由之路,多個(gè)省市住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化呈現(xiàn)了強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,而吉林省的住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展相對(duì)緩慢。為促進(jìn)吉林省住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展,對(duì)吉林省住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化現(xiàn)狀分析調(diào)查,總結(jié)吉林省住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的主要問(wèn)題及原因,為吉林省制定住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化政策、構(gòu)建發(fā)展模式、建設(shè)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化基地提供參考。
[Abstract]:Housing industrialization is the only way to the development of housing construction. Housing industrialization in many provinces and cities has shown a strong momentum of development, while the development of housing industrialization in Jilin Province is relatively slow. In order to promote the development of housing industrialization in Jilin Province, this paper analyzes and investigates the present situation of housing industrialization in Jilin Province, summarizes the main problems and reasons existing in the development of housing industrialization in Jilin Province, formulates the policy of housing industrialization for Jilin Province, and constructs the development model. Construction of housing industrialization base to provide reference.
