沱牌舍得信托案例分析

【摘要】:在國內(nèi)通貨膨脹壓力居高不下,股票、基金投資者接連受挫,而此前升幅較大的房地產(chǎn)和黃金也開始出現(xiàn)動蕩的一系列背景下,傳統(tǒng)投資渠道變窄,流動性資金投資需求得不到有效滿足,作為“另類投資品”的白酒信托開始在金融市場當(dāng)中嶄露頭角。而白酒生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也因此尋找到了除銀行貸款、股票和債券等常規(guī)方式之外的融資渠道。 然而由于我國白酒信托處于起步階段,迄今為止發(fā)行數(shù)量,規(guī)模和客戶群較小,且遠(yuǎn)未形成成熟的運作模式和行業(yè)規(guī)范,,白酒信托也遠(yuǎn)未達(dá)到白酒企業(yè)的融資需求和投資者的投資需求。因此,有必要對現(xiàn)有的白酒信托項目進(jìn)行深入的分析,對比國外酒類信托模式并結(jié)合國內(nèi)實際背景,對現(xiàn)有模式進(jìn)行修改和完善,并為之創(chuàng)造良好的運作環(huán)境,以期發(fā)揮出白酒信托應(yīng)有的作用。 本論文以四川省沱牌曲酒股份有限公司二零一一年四月發(fā)行的名為“高凈值客戶專屬--期酒收益權(quán)信托理財產(chǎn)品”為例。第一章簡要概述了白酒信托的定義及特點,然后介紹了沱牌舍得信托發(fā)行及運行概況;第二章對本案例進(jìn)行了分析和評價,主要從沱牌舍得企業(yè)和白酒信托行業(yè)兩個角度進(jìn)行并分別分析了優(yōu)勢和不足,并重點分析了沱牌舍得發(fā)行該信托產(chǎn)品的融資需求;第三章在案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上對企業(yè)和白酒信托行業(yè)提出了可行性建議,包括標(biāo)的酒儲存模式,定價模式,行業(yè)規(guī)范以及產(chǎn)品分級機制等,并倡導(dǎo)融資方式多元化。 在此之前,國內(nèi)知名白酒品牌中已有貴州茅臺、瀘州老窖和洋河股份等已推出過白酒信托項目,但茅臺等幾家白酒企業(yè)均有不錯的利潤及現(xiàn)金流財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),所以他們涉足信托主要是為了理財或新產(chǎn)品營銷。而當(dāng)期年報顯示沱牌舍得存在現(xiàn)金流緊張的問題,因此,沱牌舍得是國內(nèi)首家為緩解資金緊張而發(fā)行信托產(chǎn)品的企業(yè),選擇沱牌舍得作為案例增加了企業(yè)融資的角度,可以更全面的分析白酒信托,通過對此案例的分析與評價,結(jié)合我國現(xiàn)狀,為白酒信托的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In the domestic inflation pressure, stock and fund investors have been frustrated, and the traditional investment channels are narrowed and the liquidity demand for liquidity is not effectively satisfied. The liquor trust, as "alternative investment", begins in the financial market. Among them, liquor making enterprises also found financing channels besides bank loans, stocks and bonds.
However, because the liquor trust in China is in the initial stage, so far the quantity, the size and the customer group are small, and the mature operation mode and industry standard are far from forming. The liquor trust is far from reaching the financing needs of liquor enterprises and the investment demand of the investors. Therefore, it is necessary to make a thorough division of the existing liquor trust projects. In comparison with the foreign wine trust model and the domestic actual background, the existing models are modified and perfected, and a good operating environment is created for the purpose of playing the role of the liquor trust.
This paper takes Sichuan province Tuo arch wine Limited by Share Ltd in April 2011 as an example of "high net worth customer exclusive trust financial management product". The first chapter briefly outlines the definition and characteristics of liquor trust, and then introduces the distribution and operation of Tuo brand trust, and the second chapter is carried out in this case. Analysis and evaluation, mainly from the two angles of the Tuo brand and the liquor trust industry and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages respectively, and focused on the analysis of the financing requirements of the trust products issued by the Tuo brand. The third chapter put forward feasible suggestions on the enterprise and liquor trust industry on the basis of case analysis, including the standard liquor storage. Mode, pricing mode, industry standard and product grading mechanism, etc., and advocate diversification of financing methods.
Prior to this, Guizhou Moutai, Luzhou Laojiao and the Yanghe River shares have already introduced liquor trust projects in well-known domestic liquor brands, but some Moutai and other liquor companies have good profit and cash flow financial data, so they are involved in the trust mainly for financial management or new product marketing. The current annual report shows that the Tuo cards are present. The problem of cash flow is tight, so the Tuo card is the first enterprise in China to release trust products to relieve the shortage of funds. The choice of Tuo card is a case of increasing the enterprise financing. It can be more comprehensive analysis of liquor trust, through the analysis and evaluation of this case, combined with the status of our country, for the development of liquor trust to put forward a phase. Make a suggestion.
