【摘要】：從上市公司層面的微觀視角研究產(chǎn)能過剩成因,對于化解產(chǎn)能過剩矛盾、推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革具有重要意義。本文以2003—2015年制造業(yè)上市公司為樣本,實證檢驗信貸資源配置對企業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩的影響。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在中國金融抑制的背景下,低成本的信貸資金供給對企業(yè)產(chǎn)能擴張形成外部激勵,降低了企業(yè)產(chǎn)能利用率,提高了產(chǎn)能過剩的概率。政府對信貸資源配置的干預(yù)導(dǎo)致國有企業(yè),特別是地方國有企業(yè),產(chǎn)能利用率下降嚴重。上市公司通過發(fā)行債券方式籌集的資金也會導(dǎo)致企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能利用效率下降和產(chǎn)能過剩嚴重。本文的研究有助于理解行業(yè)性產(chǎn)能過剩的微觀基礎(chǔ)——企業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩的形成機理,對于政府制定有效的"去產(chǎn)能"政策具有重要啟示。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to study the causes of overcapacity from the micro perspective of listed companies to resolve the contradiction of overcapacity and to promote supply-side structural reform. Based on the sample of manufacturing listed companies from 2003 to 2015, this paper empirically examines the impact of credit resource allocation on overcapacity. This paper finds that under the background of financial repression in China, the low cost credit fund supply forms external incentives for the expansion of enterprise capacity, reduces the utilization rate of enterprise capacity and increases the probability of overcapacity. The government's intervention in the allocation of credit resources leads to a serious decline in the utilization rate of production capacity of state-owned enterprises, especially local state-owned enterprises. The funds raised by the listed companies through the issuance of bonds will also lead to a decline in the efficiency of capacity utilization and serious overcapacity. The research in this paper is helpful to understand the microcosmic foundation of industrial overcapacity, the formation mechanism of enterprise overcapacity, and has important enlightenment for the government to formulate effective policy of "deproductivity".
