【摘要】：建立合理的農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)公積金貸款利率定價機制,是破解農(nóng)地市場化流轉(zhuǎn)、農(nóng)戶融資瓶頸的有效途徑。傳統(tǒng)典型貸款定價模型由于缺乏針對性,難以全面清晰地反映出農(nóng)地流轉(zhuǎn)公積金借貸雙方在信貸交易中受私有信息和外部條件等諸多因素的影響。本文以農(nóng)村金融信貸交易合約模型理論為支撐,建立農(nóng)地公積金貸款定價指標體系及利率價格函數(shù)模型,為創(chuàng)新農(nóng)地金融服務(wù)模式提供參考。
[Abstract]:It is an effective way to solve the market circulation of farmland and the bottleneck of farmers' financing by establishing a reasonable pricing mechanism of loan interest rate. Because of the lack of pertinence in the traditional loan pricing model, it is difficult to reflect clearly the influence of many factors, such as private information and external conditions, on the credit transaction. Based on the theory of rural financial credit transaction contract model, this paper establishes the pricing index system of farmland accumulation fund loan and the interest rate price function model, which provides a reference for the innovation of rural land financial service model.
