【摘要】：論文從房產(chǎn)管理的需求分析入手,從業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)際需要,面向業(yè)務(wù)輔助決策支持的需要,對(duì)基于GIS的房產(chǎn)管理輔助決策支持系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)、分層設(shè)計(jì)、技術(shù)路線、功能設(shè)計(jì),探討了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)索引建立機(jī)制,研究了非結(jié)構(gòu)化房產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)及優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,最后基于ArcGIS二次開(kāi)發(fā)組件,利用微軟Enterprise Library4.1搭建,采用微軟的Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF)軟件架構(gòu)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),對(duì)論文中提出的技術(shù)和方法進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。 主要工作成果如下： (1)對(duì)房產(chǎn)管理決策支持系統(tǒng)的總體需求進(jìn)行了分析,給出了房產(chǎn)GIS子系統(tǒng)、房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪管理子系統(tǒng)和房產(chǎn)登記普查管理子系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)需求分析； (2)給出了系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、分層設(shè)計(jì)、主要技術(shù)路線及系統(tǒng)安全設(shè)計(jì)策略； (3)給出了房產(chǎn)GIS子系統(tǒng)、房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪管理子系統(tǒng)和房產(chǎn)登記普查管理子系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)功能設(shè)計(jì)； (4)探討了基于Oracle的屬性索引機(jī)制和基于ArcSDE的空間網(wǎng)格索引機(jī)制； (5)探討了非結(jié)構(gòu)化的房產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)； (6)探討了房產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的優(yōu)化技術(shù),主要包括應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)表空間的設(shè)計(jì)和帶有BLOB表結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。基于ArcGIS二次開(kāi)發(fā)組件,利用微軟Enterprise Library4.1搭建,采用微軟的Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF)軟件架構(gòu)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the demand analysis of real estate management, from the actual need of business, facing the need of business assistant decision support, makes a systematic research on the real estate management assistant decision support system based on GIS, and gives the overall design of the system. Hierarchical design, technical route, function design, database index establishment mechanism, storage and optimization of unstructured real estate data are studied. Finally, based on ArcGIS secondary development component, Microsoft Enterprise Library4.1 is used to build the database index. The software architecture of Microsoft Smart Client Software Factory is used to implement the system, and the technology and method proposed in this paper are tested. The main results of the work are as follows: 1) analyzing the overall demand of the real estate management decision support system, and giving the detailed demand analysis of the real estate GIS subsystem, the real estate surveying and mapping management subsystem and the real estate registration and census management subsystem; 2) the overall structure, layering design, main technical route and system security design strategy of the system are given. 3) the detailed functional design of the real estate GIS subsystem, the real estate surveying and mapping management subsystem and the real estate registration and census management subsystem is given. (4) the attribute index mechanism based on Oracle and the spatial grid index mechanism based on ArcSDE are discussed. 5) the unstructured storage technology of real estate data is discussed. This paper discusses the optimization technology of real estate database, including the design of application system table space and the design of structure with BLOB table. Based on ArcGIS secondary development component, Microsoft Enterprise Library4.1 is used to build the system, and Microsoft Smart Client Software Factory / SCSFS software architecture is used to implement the system.
