【摘要】：遠東宏信作為中化集團公司金融板塊的旗艦企業(yè),在公路、市政、鐵路、電力、房屋建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域開展了大量的融資租賃、售后回租賃、委托貸款等業(yè)務(wù),確立了在中國融資租賃行業(yè)的領(lǐng)先地位。截至2010年末,遠東宏信已經(jīng)為全國近300家從事交通建設(shè)、工業(yè)建設(shè)、房屋建設(shè)以及其他建設(shè)行業(yè)的施工企業(yè)提供設(shè)備直接融資租賃、回租賃融資以及工程項目投融資等多方位的金融服務(wù),累計投入資金近90億元。 經(jīng)過十多年快速的發(fā)展,從一個單一融資租賃業(yè)務(wù),一舉發(fā)展成為綜合性的產(chǎn)業(yè)運營服務(wù)機構(gòu),在推動國民經(jīng)濟及社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展過程起到了重要作用。并登陸海外資本市場,成為國內(nèi)融資租賃行業(yè)中第一家登陸港交所的企業(yè)。 ,遠東宏信的建設(shè)工程板塊,是以產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合運營服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略為核心發(fā)展思路,在多年的經(jīng)營發(fā)展中認識到建設(shè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中存在政府/業(yè)主,施工企業(yè)和供應(yīng)商三大市場主體,在這些主體之間均存在著可以切入并能夠取得巨大發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)機會。政府或業(yè)主與施工企業(yè)之間存在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資的市場需求,施工企業(yè)與供應(yīng)商之間也存在著設(shè)備經(jīng)營租賃的廣闊市場空間,這些產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的接合點都將是遠東建設(shè)未來戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的切入點和著力點。 基于以上思考和來自客戶的強烈需求,遠東宏信依托自身強大的資源優(yōu)勢和整合能力,以交通建設(shè)、工業(yè)建設(shè)、房屋建設(shè)、建機建材、業(yè)主投融資五大產(chǎn)業(yè)板塊為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建資金平臺；以經(jīng)營租賃公司為起點構(gòu)建設(shè)備運營平臺；聯(lián)合外部專業(yè)機構(gòu)和有實力的施工企業(yè)共同構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投融資平臺；固化核心、豐滿兩翼、立足基礎(chǔ)、打造遠東宏信產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合運營服務(wù)的三大平臺。同時,公司將建立起覆蓋全國的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),最終目標是實現(xiàn)金融與產(chǎn)業(yè)的有機結(jié)合,從而實現(xiàn)由工程施工企業(yè)專業(yè)融資服務(wù)商向基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)領(lǐng)域綜合運營服務(wù)商的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,與眾多合作伙伴一起,共同推動中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the flagship enterprise in the financial sector of Sinochem Group, far East Hongxin has carried out a large number of business such as financing lease, after-sale lease, entrustment loan and so on in the fields of highway, municipal, railway, electric power, housing construction, etc. Established in China's financial leasing industry leading position. By the end of 2010, far East Hongxin had provided direct financing leasing of equipment to nearly 300 construction enterprises engaged in transportation construction, industrial construction, housing construction and other construction industries. Return-lease financing and project investment and financing and other multi-directional financial services, total investment of nearly 9 billion yuan. After more than ten years of rapid development, from a single financial leasing business to a comprehensive industrial operation and service institutions, it has played an important role in the process of promoting the sustainable development of national economy and society. And landing overseas capital market, become the first in the domestic financial leasing industry landing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The construction engineering plate of Hongxin in the far East is based on the comprehensive operation and service strategy of industry. In the course of many years' operation and development, it is recognized that there are three major market players in the construction industry chain: government / owner, construction enterprise and supplier. Between these subjects, there are industrial opportunities which can be cut into and can achieve great development. There is a market demand for infrastructure investment between the government or the owner and the construction enterprise, and there is also a broad market space between the construction enterprise and the supplier for the operation and leasing of equipment. The junction of these industrial chains will be the starting point and focus of the future strategic development of far East construction. Based on the above thinking and strong demand from customers, far East Hongxin relies on its own powerful resource advantages and integration ability to build traffic, industry, housing and building materials. Building capital platform based on five industry sectors of owner's investment and financing; constructing equipment operation platform based on operating and leasing company; constructing infrastructure investment and financing platform jointly with outside professional organizations and construction enterprises with strength; solidifying core, Plump two wings, based on the foundation, to create the far East Hongxin industry integrated operation service three major platforms. At the same time, the company will establish a nationwide service network, with the ultimate goal of realizing the organic integration of finance and industry, thus realizing the strategic transformation from professional financing service providers of engineering construction enterprises to comprehensive operating service providers in the field of infrastructure construction. Together with many partners, promote the development of infrastructure construction industry in China.
