X銀行的中小企業(yè)信貸風(fēng)險管理研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前商業(yè)銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展競爭壓力加大,貸款帶來的利差是各家銀行爭相擴展的利潤收入來源。小企業(yè)具有經(jīng)營方式靈活但財務(wù)框架松散不規(guī)范、信貸資金需求大但資金流動性強、適應(yīng)市場流動性變化但抵擋市場風(fēng)險能力不足等特點。隨著市場經(jīng)濟面臨下行壓力,各家商業(yè)銀行的不良貸款率逼近“紅線”,不良貸款余額、不良率和逾期率均明顯上升。一方面是中小企業(yè)為維系自身發(fā)展的資金需求,另一方面是銀行貸款不良率不斷攀升帶來的信貸額度的收縮。從商業(yè)銀行自身來說,只有從信貸流程的最初準(zhǔn)入到貸后管理都積極樹立風(fēng)險防控意識,才能夠壓降貸款的不良率,提高信貸資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)銀行信貸業(yè)務(wù)的良性發(fā)展。本文以X銀行中的兩家小企業(yè)貸款,行業(yè)類別類似,同屬存量客戶,但是卻出現(xiàn)了一家貸款形態(tài)正常,一家出現(xiàn)逾期的情況作為案例進行對比分析。從X銀行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的基本概況、準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、管理特點的基本概況入手;通過具體的兩例小企業(yè)案例,從準(zhǔn)入、審核到貸后管理進行全流程分析。采用資格審查、實地調(diào)查兩種調(diào)查方式了解信貸企業(yè)的基本概況,通過定性財務(wù)指標(biāo)分析和定量財務(wù)指標(biāo)分析了解信貸企業(yè)的財務(wù)運行狀況。通過對信貸企業(yè)的信貸資金用途和日常運營風(fēng)險監(jiān)控了解貸后管理的側(cè)重點。根據(jù)案例中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,提出準(zhǔn)入流程分工細(xì)化,產(chǎn)品定價科學(xué);信貸審查公開,團隊建設(shè)科學(xué),嚴(yán)控抵質(zhì)押物風(fēng)險;設(shè)定紅線預(yù)警,動態(tài)監(jiān)控財務(wù)變動;團隊協(xié)作明確責(zé)任,拓展還款渠道的優(yōu)化方案。希望能對商業(yè)銀行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)全流程給予優(yōu)化。讓小企業(yè)貸款渠道更加通暢,讓銀行放款流程更加合規(guī)、貸后監(jiān)管更加規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:At present, the competitive pressure of credit business in commercial banks is increasing, and the profit margin brought by the loan is a source of profit income for each bank. The small business has a flexible management mode but a loose and unstandardized financial framework, a large demand for credit funds but a strong liquidity, which adapts to the dynamic change of the market flow but prevents the lack of market risk ability and so on. With the downward pressure on the market economy, the non-performing loan rate of all commercial banks is approaching the "red line", the balance of non-performing loans, the bad rate and the overdue rate have increased obviously. On the one hand, the small and medium-sized enterprises have the funds to maintain their own development, on the other hand, the credit line has contracted by the rising bank loan bad rate. Only from the initial access of the credit process to the post loan management, the industry bank has actively set up the risk prevention and control consciousness, which can reduce the bad rate of the loan, improve the quality of the credit assets and realize the benign development of the bank credit business. This article is based on the loan of two small enterprises in the X bank, similar to the industry category, but the same belongs to the stock customer. There is a normal form of loans, a case of overdue as a case for comparative analysis. From the basic situation of the credit business of X bank, the basic situation of the access standards and the basic management characteristics; through the specific two cases of small enterprises, the whole process analysis is carried out from access, audit to post loan management. Qualification examination is adopted. The two survey methods of field investigation understand the basic situation of credit enterprises, through qualitative financial index analysis and quantitative financial index analysis to understand the financial operation status of credit enterprises. Through the use of credit funds and daily operation risk monitoring of credit enterprises to understand the focus of post loan management. Access process division, product pricing science, credit review open, the team building science, strict control of the risk of collateral, set the red line early warning, the dynamic monitoring of financial changes; team cooperation clear responsibility, expand the optimization of the repayment channel. Hope to optimize the whole process of small business credit business in commercial banks. Let small business loans. More smooth channels, so that the bank lending process more compliance, loan regulation is more standardized.
