【摘要】：我國PB業(yè)務正處在高速發(fā)展的階段,PB業(yè)務為資本市場帶來了新的產(chǎn)品、新的規(guī)則,同時在井噴式的增長背后也埋藏了諸多新的風險,各類新問題接踵而至。本文對我國PB業(yè)務的風險管理問題進行了初步的探討和分析,重點研究了 X券商在運營過程中實際存在的問題,有針對性的提出了防范和規(guī)避的建議。希望能給大家?guī)硇⿴椭騿l(fā),同業(yè)的其它公司在PB業(yè)務的開展過程中遇到類似場景予以借鑒。本文第一章為概述部分,主要闡述了研究背景,研究目的和研究意義,主要研究內(nèi)容,以及研究方法。第二章為基本概念和基本理論,介紹了 PB業(yè)務的基本概念,以及風險和風險防范的概念和理論。第三章闡述了國外的PB業(yè)務發(fā)展過程和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了近幾年國內(nèi)PB業(yè)務的發(fā)展,以及國內(nèi)外發(fā)展路徑與現(xiàn)狀的異同點。第四章重點針對PB業(yè)務流程中的主要風險,進行了針對性的分析,探究對應的防范措施和解決方案。第五章為結(jié)論和建議部分。對PB業(yè)務中的各種風險進行總結(jié)歸納,提供了風險防范的措施和建議。主要的研究結(jié)論包括:PB業(yè)務中的投資監(jiān)督環(huán)節(jié)風險、產(chǎn)品估值環(huán)節(jié)風險、資金交收環(huán)節(jié)風險、份額登記環(huán)節(jié)風險和以上各環(huán)節(jié)的共性風險。其中共性風險又涵蓋法律風險、道德風險和信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)風險,并提出了對應各風險點的防范建議。
[Abstract]:PB business in our country is in the stage of rapid development, which brings new products and new rules to the capital market. At the same time, there are many new risks buried behind the blowout growth, and various new problems follow. This paper makes a preliminary discussion and analysis on the risk management of PB business in our country, focuses on the problems existing in the operation process of X securities companies, and puts forward some suggestions to prevent and avoid them. Hope to give you some help or inspiration, other companies in the PB business development process encountered similar scenarios to learn from. The first chapter of this paper is an overview of the research background, research purposes and research significance, the main research content, as well as research methods. The second chapter is the basic concept and theory, introduces the basic concept of PB business, as well as the concept and theory of risk and risk prevention. The third chapter describes the development process and present situation of PB business in foreign countries, summarizes the development of domestic PB business in recent years, as well as the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign development path and present situation. The fourth chapter focuses on the main risks in PB business process, and makes targeted analysis to explore the corresponding preventive measures and solutions. The fifth chapter is the conclusions and recommendations. Various risks in PB business are summarized, and the measures and suggestions of risk prevention are provided. The main conclusions include the risk of investment supervision, the risk of product valuation, the risk of fund settlement, the risk of share registration and the common risk of each link above. The common risk includes legal hazard, moral hazard and information technology system risk.
