【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的不斷增多,人們參與網(wǎng)絡(luò)互動日趨頻繁,網(wǎng)絡(luò)日益成為一種公共空間。上市公司作為公眾企業(yè),通過募集公眾資金進行擴大再生產(chǎn)的活動,其日常運營和發(fā)展前景也受到公眾越來越多的關(guān)注,其市值和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)行為往往也容易受到網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的影響而發(fā)生波動。如何對上市公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進行有效監(jiān)控,并總結(jié)歸納網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的發(fā)生和演化規(guī)律。對企業(yè)把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論的動向,根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情不同發(fā)展階段的采取相應(yīng)預(yù)防和應(yīng)對措施,對挽回企業(yè)損失、滿足公眾訴求、維護社會穩(wěn)定等,均有積極意義。本文采用案例分析法與內(nèi)容分析法相結(jié)合,應(yīng)用議程設(shè)置等理論,分析了我國A股上市公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、形成、影響等各個環(huán)節(jié)的表現(xiàn),形成了以下觀點:(1)在上市公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的形成中受到輿情參與主體利益訴求、輿情傳播平臺、網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖、公司自身應(yīng)對能力等多方面的影響。(2)各主要影響因素主要通過媒介話語權(quán)支配影響輿論場強度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)意見領(lǐng)袖影響議題內(nèi)容、媒體議程設(shè)置影響輿論走向來影響輿論的形成與演化。(3)由輿情事件的發(fā)現(xiàn)體系、輿情研判與加工體系、輿情報送與反饋體系等組成的預(yù)警機制可確立適當(dāng)關(guān)注、重點會商、危機警報、危機解除在內(nèi)的輿情預(yù)警等級。(4)上市公司在進行危機應(yīng)對時,應(yīng)注重加強輿論源頭的管控與輿情形成過程中的引導(dǎo)相并重的應(yīng)對方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, the number of Internet users in China is increasing, people participate in the network interaction is becoming more and more frequent, the network is becoming a kind of public space day by day. Listed companies as public enterprises, through raising public funds to expand reproduction activities, its daily operation and development prospects are also receiving more and more public attention. Its market value and the enterprise production behavior often also easy by the network public opinion influence and produces the fluctuation. How to monitor the public opinion of listed companies effectively, and summarize the occurrence and evolution of network public opinion. It is of positive significance for enterprises to grasp the trend of network public opinion, to take corresponding prevention and countermeasures according to different stages of development of network public opinion, to recover the losses of enterprises, to satisfy the demands of the public, and to maintain social stability. This paper uses case analysis method and content analysis method to analyze the emergence, development, formation and influence of the network public opinion of A-share listed companies in China, using the theory of agenda setting, and analyzes the performance of each link, such as the emergence, development, formation and influence of network public opinion of A-share listed companies. Formed the following views: 1) in the formation of public opinion of listed companies network by public opinion participation in the main interests of public opinion, public opinion dissemination platform, network opinion leaders, The main influencing factors mainly influence the intensity of the public opinion field through the power of the media, and the network opinion leaders influence the content of the topic. Media agenda setting up to influence the formation and evolution of public opinion.) the early warning mechanism composed of the discovery system of public opinion events, the judgment and processing system of public opinion, the sending and feedback system of public opinion can establish appropriate attention and key discussions. When the listed companies deal with the crisis, they should pay attention to strengthening the control of the source of public opinion and the guidance in the process of public opinion formation.
